made the mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005 by not
entertaining application in more than two months.
Short submissions of the appellant
are as follows.
1-Most respected sir following is the
current status of the RTI application submitted by the appellant which has not
been entertained by the concerned public information officer in the office of
additional secretary in the regional office Varanasi of board of secondary
education Govt of Uttar Pradesh.

Think about the gravity of situation
the information which must be disclosed voluntarily under section 4 of the
right to information act 2005 by the public authorities which is not being
disclosed under subsection 1 of section 6 of the right to information act 2005
by the public information officer in the office of additional secretary
regional office Varanasi of the UP board.
3-From the status of the RTI
application it is quite obvious that nodal officer of the Uttar Pradesh
Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad forwarded the rti application on 17th November 2023
and it is 20th January 2024 which means more than two months passed but
concerned public information officer did not entertain the RTI application of
the appellant which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act
2005.
4- It is quite obvious that the
concerned public information officer violated subsection one of section 7 of
the right to information act 2005 so pecuniary penalty must be imposed on him
under section 20 of R.T.I. Act 2005 for the breach of provision of the right to
information act 2005 and information must be provided instantaneously by the
concerned public information officer.
5-Most respected are following
information has been sought from the public information officer.
Not a single
information is being provided by the public information officer in the regional
office Varanasi of the board of secondary education, evident from his cryptic
denial of information by submitting inconsistent reply in replying to the
application submitted under right to information act 2005. The information
seeker sought information from him concerning transfer and posting of the staff
in the regional office of board of secondary education. There is rampant
corruption in the working of the regional office Varanasi which is the
root-cause concerned public information officer is not providing any
information to the information seeker.

The applicant expects
from the Public Information Officer in the office of additional secretary
regional office Varanasi of U. P. Board that the above information will be made
available pointwise to the applicant within the time limit prescribed in section
7 sub-section 1 of the Right to Information act 2005.
Even today, there are
many such corrupt employees and officers who have been stuck in one place for
many years, so it is necessary to follow this mandate in a proper manner,
complete transparency and accountability should be ensured in its compliance,
so you should be as soon as possible may provide the above information so that
necessary action may be taken by the applicant.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
