* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status it is quite obvious that RTI application was forwarded to the concerned public information officer by the nodal officer of the department on 12th December 2023 but it is most unfortunate that stipulated time under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 to provide information to the information seeker within 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI application expired but concerned public information officer did not provide any information to the appellant. It is quite obvious that initiatives of the most respected Chief Minister of the Uttar Pradesh were in favour of vulnerable section and this man dominant society do not want to provide rights to the women which is quite obvious from the working style of the public information officer. Our government introduced right to information act 2005 to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but because of corruption no information is reaching to the citizenry in the state which is a matter of concern. This is a humble request of the appellant to the first appellate authority to direct the concerned public information officer to provide the information to the appellant as soon as possible as well as initiate disciplinary proceedings against the public information officer for violating the provisions of right to information at 2005 as it is quite obvious that concerned public information officer violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005. The matter concerns the wide public interest so it must be looked into with Due care and attention for this appellant shall ever pray you Honourable sir.
