The matter concerns the slow network speed and improper network coverage concerning the mobile number 9696389653 of the Jio service provider company. It is quite obvious that the applicant made a call on the first January 2024  on the mobile number of customer care monitoring network at the local level at 6:53 PM. The mobile number of the customer care is 7007015593 And the email address is rajnvp2014@gmail.com, but the outcome resulted in zero. It is noticeable that sometimes network is gone completely which is a matter of concern and quite obvious from the attached screenshot in the pdf form to the grievance which must be perused by the concerned staff of the Jio Infocom and be forwarded to the concerned team for speedy redressal of the grievance.

It is most unfortunate that when the matter is reported at the district level then the concerned customer care overlook the grievances of the complainants which must be taken into account by the staff of the service providing company. Think about the gravity of the situation that a team of service providing company jio has commenced Optimisation but in the name of optimization they have stopped the services quite obvious from the attached screenshot to the grievance in the form of PDF documents. I think that jio should improve its services instead of submitting false reports on the public grievance portal of the Government of India.

The applicant has provided/paid Rs.3000 to the service providing company Jio InfoCom of one year subscription charge and now they are not providing services properly is a kind of cheating so they must take care of the submitted grievance and act accordingly as submission has been made in the grievance.

This is with reference to DOT complaint no. DOTEL/E/2024/0000862 related to network connectivity and speed issue. Acknowledging the complaint, our network team had investigated the impacted location and have found network outage the the location. The tentative timeline for completion of this activity is next 10 to 20 days. Also you may experience intermittent coverage issue at a specific location as network services are dependent upon various external and internal factors, like signal obstructions, number of users latched to the particular site, signal strength at the location etc. Please be assured that we have noted your concern and will keep in mind while planning for any future network enhancements. Currently immediate solution is not available as our network is constantly growing and our team is continually working to explore further opportunities for expanding our coverage.

I think that they must stop the network outage and early efforts must be made by them so that such problems could be avoided. There must be pre strategy of the network providing service companies to curb such hindrances to the consumers in accessing the network of the company. Undoubtedly, we faced the difficulties which is the cause we made the complaint against the service providing company. I think that they will keep their promise made on the public grievance portal of the government otherwise next complaint will be made against the company which will only malign the image of the company. Where is the good governance in this largest democracy in the world as proclaimed by our political masters who are habitual to speak lies? In good governance rights of the consumers are safeguarded by the government staff but here corruption is proliferated at the interest of consumers which reflects the anarchy in the working of the public authorities. We need corruption free governance.
