It is quite obvious that numerous grievances submitted by the applicant for the approval of application pending at the level of directorate of Agriculture at Lucknow but it is most unfortunate this directorate is sending the applications to deputy director of Agriculture at District Mirzapur. Think about the gravity of the situation. More than nine months have passed but the concerned director of Agriculture is only procrastinating on the application, especially the office of the director agriculture at Lucknow.

It is quite obvious that an online application for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is pending for approval at the level of the department of agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh.
There is no transparency and accountability in the implementation of the scheme because of the incompetent personnel of the directorate of Agriculture at Lucknow. There is no rule of law in the state of Uttar Pradesh because the director of Agriculture has been above the rule of the land many grievances are disposed of in the name of him by the subordinates without taking any action on them and government of Uttar Pradesh is specially officials of Chief Minister Office are impotent before him. There is no accountability of the director agriculture at Lucknow which reflects anarchy.

More than 10 months passed since the date when the application was submitted by the applicant for the pm Kishan Samman Nidhi and now you are saying that after checking with your Aadhaar everything is ok regarding the data and now in your account public aid will reach to reach in your account through PFMS. Here this question arises that if the matter was concerned with the working of the directorate of Agriculture at Lucknow then the application had to be redressed by the concerned staff of the directorate Lucknow of the Department of Agriculture but it was not done so. It seems that directorate of Agriculture at Lucknow is not accountable to the citizens in the state this is the root causeway they are arbitrariness and tyranny in their working. Because of the corruption in the implementation of the scheme there is no transparency and accountability in delivery of the public services concerning Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi. Where is good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh?

What are the benefits of such a scheme if schemes are not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the departments in the government of Uttar Pradesh? It is quite obvious that Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi is not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the working of the government machinery as there is no transparency and accountability in the execution of the scheme. During the election campaign our political masters do commitment with the people of this country that they will provide good governance which will be transparent and accountable but once they occupy the crown their working style is changed which is not in favour of the common people in the state. It seems that our political masters talk of honesty only on public fora but in their working style there is rampant corruption quite obvious from the current matter in which several complaints have been made but no action on the part of public staff.
Most respected sir, this application has not been submitted to know the status of the grievance because this status can be checked by the aggrieved applicant and it has been mentioned in the grievance that the status is pending at the label of directorate of Department of Agriculture Lucknow but it seems that there is complete anarchy in the Department of Agriculture of government of Uttar Pradesh which is quite obvious from the report submitted by the deputy director of Agriculture district Mirzapur. Everyone knows that there is rampant corruption in the government scheme prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi in which forged accounts are opened in the name of beneficiaries multiply. And the money through these fake accounts are directly flown into the pockets of the corrupt public staff of the department. Think about the gravity of situation, 9 months passed but the status of the application of Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi is pending at level of director of Agriculture.
