* Description of Information Sought U.P.H.R.C. passed order on 14/12/2021 but its compliance has not been made by L.D.A. yet therefore information sought from L.D.A. to fix accountability
It is quite obvious that numerous RTI applications submitted by the information seeker and the victim to know the status of the action taken by the chairman of the Lucknow Development Authority but it is most unfortunate that public information officer is not disclosing any information under the right information act 2005 which is a mockery of the provisions of right to Information Act 2005. It seems that there is no rule of law in the working of the Lucknow Development Authority where such orders are taken under teeth because of the rampant corruption in the working of the public staff.

Public information officer, Lucknow development authority may provide the following information in reference to the aforementioned order passed by Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh point wise as sought.
1-PIO may provide date and time when public authority L.D.A. received the aforementioned order dated 14/12/2021 passed by the Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
2--PIO may provide the notings made by the competent authorities in order to comply with the passed order dated 14/12/2021 passed by the Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
3-PIO may provide the report if any submitted by the Lucknow Development Authority before the Honourable Human Rights Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh in compliance of the aforementioned direction dated 14/12/2021 and time and date if not why.
4-The order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad directing the petitioner Anuradha Singh to seek the order of the competent court regarding the title suit. Public Information Officer in Lucknow Development Authority may provide the copy of the competent court which decided the title suit in favor off Anuradha Singh on basis of which registry of the impugned land was done by the Lucknow Development Authority in favour of Anuradha Singh/Aradhana Singh/Guddi and others.
5-PIO may provide the Posting details of the class 1 and class 2 employees in the Lucknow Development Authorities including date of joining with name and designation.
Public Information Officer may take the perusal of order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court at Allahabad and interpretation of the order by the District Judge Lucknow which are attached to this online RTI application. Please provide the five point information to the information seeker within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of The Right to Information act 2005.
