* Prayer or Relief Sought Reply: - It is to be informed that GOVUP/E/2023/0086991 Changed Reference No: 60000230259940 has been uploaded by Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat / Palika -Nagar Palika Parishad dated 20-01-2024 which can be viewed and obtained on the portal.
It is to be informed that the work of forwarding the references received on the Jansunwai portal by this office to the departments / offices related to the case is done as per the prescribed arrangement, the remaining action on the reference is taken by the office / department related to the case.
Sought information 1- Concerned staff of the Chief Minister Office must provide the reason for not attaching the report on the public grievance portal of the government of India as right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system.
Submission-Here appellant is seeking information concerning the public grievance portal of Government of India not Jansunwai Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is an insecure website.
2- Please provide the role of the officer Shri Bhaskar Pandey (Joint Secretary) Secretariat, Room No. 321, U.P. Secretariat in redressing the aforementioned grievance.

5- The aforementioned grievance concerning deep rooted corruption in the top administrative hierarchy of government of Uttar Pradesh is not being sent to them for disposing of to the grievance of the information seeker.
Please provide the reason for not sending the grievance to the public staff who are indulged in providing the lease of the precious municipality land to the Lions Club causing the loss of billions of rupees of the public exchequer as right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system quoted in various judgments by the most respected Apex Court of India.

1- From the status of the grievance it is quite obvious that the grievance was closed by the concerned officer on 20th January 2024 with the comment that the report is attached. Most respected Sir this report on the public grievance portal is not visible to the information seeker with this worldly eyes bestowed out by the God to the information seeker. It is most unfortunate God did not bestow magic eyes to information seeker eyes bestowed to Arjun by Lord Sri Krishna.
