Subject: Request for issue of duplicate of Family Register.

Most respected Sir the applicant wants to draw the kind attention to the following points as follows.

1-The applicant Madhu Singh alias Madhuri submitted representation on 18th September 2023 before the sub divisional magistrate Mariahu, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh for providing copy of family register and entire details have been provided to him as advised by the concerned village development Adhikari through reports on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

2- The applicant Madhu Singh alias Madhuri submitted affidavit on the stamp of Rs.10 before the block development officer Mariahu, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh which is attached to the grievance as the second page to the PDF documents.

3-From the 3rd page of the attached PDF document it is quite obvious that it is the voter identity details of the husband of the applicant late Satyadev Singh S/O Lal bahadur Singh whose address is Address: K, ALLBAKSHPUR, ALLBAKSHPUR, MARIYAHU, JAUNPUR, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN Code-222161

4- From the 4th page of the attached PDF document it is quite obvious that it is the voter identity details of the applicant whose husband is late Satyadev Singh S/O Lal bahadur Singh whose address is Address: K, ALLBAKSHPUR, ALLBAKSHPUR, MARIYAHU, JAUNPUR, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN Code-222161

5-It is quite obvious that 5th and 6th page of the attached PDF document to the grievance are the online application of the widow pension after the demise of the husband of the applicant. Most respected Sir maybe pleased to take a glance of these pages.

6-Most respected Sir 7th page of the attached PDF document is the residence certificate/address proof of the applicant which must be perused by Honourable Sir.

Most respected Sir concerned secretary of the village panchayat is reaping the benefits of vulnerability of the applicant and not providing the copy of the family register being requested by the applicant time and again both orally and written quite obvious from the various representations on the Jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh as well as many applications on the public grievance portal of the Government of India.

  1. This grievance has not been disposed of by the government functionaries. The matter concerns the vulnerable section so government staff must take it seriously.

  3. शिकायत का जांच नहीं किया गया निस्तारण कर्ता अधिकारी ने पुनः प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत करने को कहा कि क्योंकि सम्बंधित ग्राम विकास अधिकारी का तबादला हो गया है और उन्होंने ने अभी चार्ज लिया है ।

  4. How can it be justified that public authority may invite multiple applications on the same matter which will only cause the huge backlog of applications nothing else?
