* Description of Information Sought This application is on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh son of Angad Prasad Singh to seek information concerning deep irregularities in the working Lucknow Development Authority.
Most respected Sir, please take a glance at the first page of the attached PDF document to this online RTI application which is the communication dated 6th August 2021 of the property officer of Lucknow development authority in respect of representation submitted by the information seeker.
In this communication property officer Lucknow development authority disclosed that Lucknow development authority is seeking documents from the allottees in the matter as well as committee has been set up by the competent authority of the Lucknow development authority to make inquiry into the matter of irregularities in executing registry of the impugned land as well as irregularities in the allocation of the plots by Lucknow development authority.
Public information officer, Lucknow development authority may provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1- Please provide the name and designation with posting details of the competent officer who has set up the committee to look into the irregularities in committing execution of registry and the allotment of the plots.
2- Please provide the name and designation of the members of the committee who were appointed by the competent authority as well as their posting details.
3- Please provide the span of time given to the committee to complete the enquiry into the matter of irregularity, if not given then please provide the maximum time whatever will be given to the committee to complete the inquiry. It is quite obvious that two years and four months have passed but the committee could not complete the inquiry.
4- For five years Lucknow development authority has been seeking documents from the allottees of the plots, Please provide the reason for not taking any action against them as right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system quoted by the apex court of India in its various judgments.
5-Dinesh Pratap Singh submitted a document of 20 pages before a committee set up for looking for anomalies in allocation plots by L.D.A. Details are as follows.
