* Description of Information Sought Most respected Sir you have closed the following grievance by submitting arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter concerning the compensation to the victim whose crops were burnt due to the short-circuit on 21st April 2021 quite obvious from the second page of the attached PDF documents to the grievance which is addressed to the superintending engineer division Mirzapur. 

Public information officer executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar of district Mirzapur may provide the following information to the information seeker pointwise as follows. 

1-If the executive engineer electricity distribution division second sent the communication letter number-7475, dated-20 October 2023 to the sub divisional officer Jangi Road electricity distribution division 2nd for one more inquiry into the matter, then his obligatory duty is to ensure the speedy process in the matter as there is undue delay has been already made because of the procrastination of the concerned staff in the matter. 

Public information officer may provide the enquiry report of the enquiry officer nominated on 20th October 2023 through letter number 7475. 

2-There must be transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited district Mirzapur in providing public assistance to farmers, but it is not reflecting from the working style of the concerned staff of the department of electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur. Here various tricks are searched by the staff to harass the victim farmers because of the rampant corruption in the local office of the public authority Pradesh power corporation limited which is quite obvious from the cumbersome processing in the department of the matter. 

Public information officer may provide the maximum time will be taken by the inquiry officer to submit the enquiry report as well as how many more enquiries will be ordered in the matter. 

3-More than two and half years already passed and now victim wants to ask one question from executed engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar that how much additional time will be taken by him and completing the processing of the compensation to provide the victim? 

4-Provide the parameters set by the department of electricity to provide the compensation including processing of the complaints to the victims of short circuit and likewise matter. 

5- Provide the reason not to make enquiry by the department personnel when the matter of short circuit was reported to the department quite obvious that the matter is too old. 

Public information officer must provide the 5-point information to the information seeker within the stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of Section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005.

* Prayer or Relief Sought Nodal Officer Details Name SANDEEP KUMAR VERMA must take the reference of following comment made by the public information officer department of administrative reform of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Mobile number and email were sought for inclusion of public authorities in the UP RTI online portal. Thereafter, the user ID and password of the nodal officer were sent to the email of the concerned public authorities. It is the responsibility of the Nodal Officer to create user ID and password of all the First Appellate Authority and Public Information Officers working and posted in their public authority. Therefore, the work of the Administrative Reforms Department is only to generate the user ID and password of the nodal officer. Most respected Sir Manoj Kumar Yadav is no longer executive engineer, electricity distribution division second because he was succeeded by A. K Singh and now A. K. Singh has also been transferred and he was succeeded by Mr Rajesh Kumar but it is most unfortunate you have not updated the name of public information officers which is itself a dereliction to the duty. Your kind attention is drawn to the following status of the submitted RTI application in which the place of the mobile number and email ID are empty. While it is obligatory duty of the concerned to provide the email and the mobile number of the concerned public information officer and it was not done by them which is against the guidelines in the order passed by the most respected Supreme Court of India. From the following status it is quite obvious that the concerned public information officer violated subsection 1 of Section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005 consequently disciplinary action must be taken against him and also be directed to him that he may provide the information to the information seeker as soon as possible.
