Information Commission, Lucknow for not providing information within time by the department referred to in the cases covered by the Right to Information Act-2005.
It is to be informed that the fine imposed by the U.P. Information Commission, Lucknow has been forwarded by the office to the concerned department for recovery, the information of which is not received in the office. As soon as the information about recovery of penalty is received, action will be ensured to be informed accordingly.
