You have excluded one bank loan account in which my PAN was updated out of 13 bank accounts. The applicant has only one bank account which was opened in the State Bank of India which means the rest of the 11 bogus bank accounts are still not excluded in which my PAN was updated by the corrupt staff of the banks by colluding with the fraudulent elements.

There is still an anonymous bank loan account active with my PAN in which the balance is of rupees 1000 which must be eliminated from the PAN of the applicant. Whose details are as follows.

This is humble request of the applicant to Honourable Sir that my PAN must be separated from 11 bogus bank accounts opened by the fraudulent elements as soon as possible. After numerous complaints you eliminated only one bank account from CIBIL report while the complaints are being made to eliminate entire bogus accounts in which my PAN was updated.

A CMS complaint regarding the issue raised by you has been registered with office of RBI Ombudsman Kanpur. The complaint has been processed and subsequently disposed of as per applicable clause under the RBIOS-2021. Please find attached closure letter containing details of the processing and subsequent resolution provided.

It is quite obvious that contents of the grievance are not same of the two grievances submitted by the applicant it may be subject of the grievance may be same and object of the grievance may be same because there is need to explain the matter so to fulfil such needs in the same matter different grievances are submitted by the applicant. If the Ombudsman of Reserve Bank of India of Kanpur was really interested in resolving the grievances of the applicant then first time when she entertained the grievance of the applicant all the 12 bogus bank accounts were excluded from the PAN of the applicant but it was not done so because she was not interested in resolving the matter as she was only interested to close the grievance. Our government functionaries behave like elephant teeth. As elephants have two types of teeth, one to show and other to eat. If in the working of the regulatory body there was honesty, then it was impossible to update 12 anonymous accounts of the bank in my PAN.
