Grievance Description

The matter concerns the working of the divisional forest officer division-Vindhyachal, district Mirzapur. Please provide the case details explicitly so that it may be accessible to the applicant.

The applicant is not satisfied with the arbitrary and inconsistent report submitted by the subordinate of the divisional forest officer division-Vindhyachal, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. It is quite obvious that they explicitly refused to entertain the complaint submitted by the applicant to protect the environment and ecology in wide public interest.

The matter concerns the working of the range Lalganj district Mirzapur under divisional forest officer Vindhyachal division.

An enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to know the current status of the litigation number is 670/2022 filed in the court on 29/10/2022 for the protection of ecology and environment. The matter concerns the working of the divisional forest officer District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Subject-Several green trees cut down by the offenders illegal consequently F.I.R. must be registered in the light of The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976(U.P. Act No. 45 of 1976) up480 Dated 19th November 1976 Received the assent of the Governor on November 19, 1976, published in U.P. Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 22nd November.

Now it has been proved that offenders cut green trees without prior permission of the department and sold it to timber merchants and one of them is prohibited to cut. Therefore, action needed in the matter in the time bound manner. Please take a glance of the attached PDF documents in five pages.

The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976 aimed to protect ecology and environment and its provisions are protected by the department of forest by taking help of the police concerned.

Sir it is quite obvious that H-2 Case number-16/2022-23 has been instituted against 1-Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh and Dileep Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh by Lalganj range.
