Think about the gravity of the situation, this rti application submitted by the appellant on 13th February 2023 and concerned public information officer did not provide any information in these nine months which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005. It is quite obvious from the reply of the district development officer Mirzapur that this rdi application was forwarded by him to the block development officer Jamalpur two months earlier, but block development officer Jamalpur did not consider it appropriate to have communication with the appellant. It is evident that both district development officer Mirzapur and block development officer Jamalpur made the mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005, but they know that no one will take action against them because of the rampant corruption in the government machinery where corrupt sheep of the government are shielded by the accountable government functionaries by keeping the law of land at the bay.It seems that in the government of Uttar Pradesh right to information act 2005 has been thrown into the dustbin otherwise no one could dare to not provide information to the information seekers. It is ridiculous that the public information officer/district development officer Mirzapur did not provide any information in 9 months which is surprising and concerning-accountable staff of the government must take action if they are really honest. Few communications were shared by the project director Mirzapur with the appellant in which block development officer Jamalpur was directed to provide information to the appellant. An staff from the office of the project director made call to the appellant and he made the enquiry regarding to it his name was displaying on the true collar Alok Singh but it is most unfortunate no subsequent action was reported to the appellant. 1-Minakshi Devi is entitled for prime minister Awas yojana but she has not provided yet by overlooking direction 27 May 2019 of commissioner rural development attached as first page of the PDF document.
Please provide the copy of the report submitted by the chief development officer Mirzapur in compliance with the direction dated 27 May 2019 passed by commissioner rural development, Uttar Pradesh.
2-In the complaint number-40019922028075, Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur submitted the report of Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat while the complaint made on behalf of Minakshi Devi W/O Chhannu.
Please provide the circular, office memo, notification and Government Orders which support the stand of Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur. If not such manuals, then provide the action taken report against Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur.
Provide the total number of prime minister awases granted by the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India to Village Sakaraudi,
विषय-श्रीमान जी प्रकरण का संबंध मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी छन्नू से है ना कि मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी स्वर्गीय भरत से श्रीमान जी पूर्व ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी के रिपोर्ट से स्पष्ट है कि मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी छन्नू योग्यता वरीयता क्रम में तीसरे अंक पर हैं उनका नाम सूची में शामिल है किंतु 3 साल से सिर्फ आवास की प्रतीक्षा हो रही है क्या यह भ्रष्टाचार नहीं है

Think about the credibility of the portal that concerned staff of the government are submitting inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the portal to conceal the corruption rampant in their working which is mockery of the law of the land such practises must be stopped but it is feasible only when there will be transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities whose accountable public staff are indulged in the deep-rooted corruption. How can it be justified that they are submitting false reports in the matter of providing awas to the poor people. It is quite obvious that public aid is provided to the people only on papers and those statistics having no relation with the ground reality. Why are they not providing the list of the government houses made in the concerned village panchayat in last five years which means something is wrong and must be rectified by the government? Our political masters are failed to provide corruption free governance.
