Grievance Description
Because of the forgery of public record and omission of the name of the father of the applicant from revenue records by taking bribe from offenders, they are running away from providing death certificate.
This application is under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek inquiry regarding the application made by the applicant before the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj dated 20th January 2023 with stamp of Rs.10 verified by the notary for the death certificate of my father Siya Kant Mishra S/O Late Shambhusaran Mishra.
Most respected Sir when the application has been submitted by the applicant, why the block development officer Halia and secretary of the concerned village panchayat are seeking multiple applications for the death certificate of the father of the applicant. It is quite obvious that whatever application has been submitted by the applicant before the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj, a copy of that application and the concerned affidavit of the applicant is attached to the grievance. The Aadhaar card of the applicant and other supporting documents are also attached to the grievance. Here the subject matter of the grievance is that if the application for the death certificate has been submitted by the applicant why did the concerned staff not provide the death certificate to the applicant? These grievances are an inquiry regarding the application made by the applicant before the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj but it is most unfortunate that block development officer Halia and secretary of the concerned village panchayat are deviating the attention of the concerned accountable staff of the government.
It is quite obvious that whatever report has been submitted by block development officer Halia district Mirzapur on 18th November 2023 same report he has submitted on 19th December 2023 which is quite obvious from the first and third page of the attached PDF document. In the same way whatever report has been submitted by the secretary of village panchayat Bhaisod on 26th October 2023 same report has been submitted by him on 19th December 2023 which is the mockery of the provisions of law and the reflection of rampant corruption in the government machinery.
Which is the root cause the applicant is not satisfied with the parrot report submitted by block development officer Halia as well as secretary of the village panchayat Bhaisod in the following grievance which is arbitrary and inconsistent to the contents of the grievances.

1-Please provide the status of the representation made by the applicant before the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj, district Mirzapur, dated 20th January 2023.
2-Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system therefore if no action taken by the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj on the representation of the applicant then provide the reason of it to the applicant.
3-Sub divisional magistrate Lalganj may provide the minutes of proceedings to the applicant regarding the application made by the applicant before him as mentioned above.
4-Public information officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Lalganj district Mirzapur may provide the noting made on the aforementioned representation by the office bearers of the tehsil Lalganj.
5-Provide the name and designation of the public staff who processed the application of the information seeker submitted before sub divisional magistrate for death certificate.

The matter concerns working of S.D.M. Lalganj and B.D.O. Halia who are procrastinating in providing death certificate of the father of the applicant because of corruption in processing inheritance.

Grievance Description-Why did sub divisional magistrate tehsil Lalganj, district Mirzapur not forward application of the applicant for the death certificate of her father dated 20th January 2023 to the block development officer Haliya district Mirzapur? Whether it is not reflecting complete mismanagement and anarchy in the working of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj district Mirzapur? The report of the assistant development officer development block Halia district Mirzapur submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India is also attached as the first page of the attached PDF documents to the grievance.
Sir, think about the gravity of situation that in the month of January, the applicant applied for a death certificate, but it is being said by the village development officer that the applicant has not yet given any application to get the death certificate of her father.
The insensitivity of the staff of Lalganj Tehsil can be guessed from the fact that the application given by the applicant for obtaining the certificate was not sent to the office of concerned Block Development Officer.
Sir, is there no anarchy in the working style of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj Tehsil where applications of the people are put in a dump of garbage, imagine our Chief Minister and our Prime Minister talking about the comforts of the people, but their subordinate officers put the problems of the public and the applications related to it in the heap of garbage.
Sir, such a system does not reflect good governance but reflects utter anarchy.
If there is corruption in the system, then such irregularities will be part of the dealing of the system and it is the moral responsibility of our Honourable Chief Minister and Honourable Prime Minister to improve the system.
