* Description of Information Sought The information seeker received three speed post communications from the station house officer Mau Aima district Prayagraj under the supervision of Commissioner Prayagraj. Each envelope contained the following report. Which is the mockery of the law of land. For more details, vide attached document to the RTI application. Report Police Station Mauaima Commissionerate Prayagraj To, Assistant Commissioner of Police/Public Information Officer, Phulpur, Commissionerate Prayagraj.

It is submitted that the information sought by the applicant Yogi M.P. Singh under the Right to Information Act, 2005, is as follows:
The application of applicant Saurabh Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh resident of village Saraijit alias Pura Bhava police station Mauaima district Prayagraj was examined by the then sub inspector Sameer Sachan on the spot, due to the land dispute between the applicant Saurabh Singh above and Balendra Bahadur, both the parties started abusing each other on the spot. Saurabh Singh and Balendra Bahadur Singh were arrested under section 107/116/151 CrPC and the report No. 44 of the police station was filed at 14.43 pm and after medical examination of the parties, they were sent to Phulpur court. During the arrest, any articles/records were not recovered from the possession of the parties . It may be noted that the case was registered on the application of plaintiff Nirmala Singh wife of late Jang Bahadur Singh resident of village Saraijit Ray Urf Pure Bhava police station Mauaima district Prayagraj on 01.03.2023 against Crime No. 98/2023 under sections 323, 504,506,427, 354,380 of IPC Vs. Saurabh Singh and Tej Bahadur Singh. On the basis of sufficient evidence, the charge sheet against accused Saurabh Singh and Tej Bahadur Singh under sections 323, 504, 506, 427, 354, IPC has been sent to the court.

5- Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system therefore station House officer Mauaima district-Prayagraj must tell the reason why the three envelops were used in providing the same letter.
