In the following grievance tahsildar Sadar submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report on 4th October 2023 which is misleading and attached as the first page to the attached PDF document to the grievance.

According to the report submitted by tahsildar Sadar, the applicant is aggrieved with the order passed by the court of additional sub divisional magistrate which was passed by additional sub divisional magistrate on 26th July 2022 and the applicant submitted objection against the order which was not accepted by the court.
According to the order passed by additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mr Siddharth Yadav on 26th July 2022 the applicant had no objection with the partition because applicant had not submitted objection before the court and on that basis, decree was made in favour of opposite party. The applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the most respected Sir to the page 8 of the attached PDF document which is the nakal provided by the concerned court which is itself proving that the applicant has submitted the objection in the court on 18th March 2019. In the note of the concerned staff of the court it has been categorically mentioned that objection cum affidavit with supporting documents submitted on behalf Aditya Narayan Dubey and today advocates are on strike.
It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the deep rooted anarchy and corruption in the working of the additional sub divisional magistrate during the execution of the quasi-judicial work which is the travesty of justice must not be overlooked by the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Respected Superintendent of police District- Mirzapur, the applicant is agreed with the viewpoint of circle officer city Prabhat Roy and his successor Parmanand Kushwaha that objection has been submitted by the applicant which was overlooked by the assistant sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mr Siddharth Yadav and later with the paper book it was filed into the office record as usual.
Consequently a corrupt order was passed by the assistant sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mr Siddharth Yadav which is punishable under the law of land.
It is the obligatory duty of the police to register a first information report in the matter against assistant sub divisional magistrate Sadar who passed a partial order through his cryptic and mysterious dealings comes under the category of corruption. If the government of Uttar Pradesh headed by Yogi Adityanath Sir is really interested to curb the corruption from the government machinery, then it must order to register a first information report in the matter of deep-rooted corruption in quasi-judicial proceedings.
Whether the police have checked the office file? Please tell me the name and designation of the staff of the police under Article 51 A of the constitution of India who checked the paper book filed in the office. In decision, it has been mentioned वाद दर्ज कर सहखातेदारों को नोटिस जारी की गयी। सम्मन तामील न होने पर रजिस्ट्री सम्मन जारी किया गया। प्रतिवादीगण न्यायालय उपस्थित आये । पत्रावली में संलग्न खतौनी में पक्ष खातेदार हैं तथा अंश के सम्बन्ध में कोई विवाद नहीं है तथा फाट के सम्बन्ध में कोई आपत्ति नहीं किया है। लेखपाल द्वारा प्रस्तुत फाट दिनांक 26. 02.2019 व रिपोर्ट दिनांक 19.03.2019 पर वादी व प्रतिवादी संख्या 1 व 4 द्वारा उपस्थित होकर सहमति व्यक्त की गयी।This implies that the applicant cum respondent has not submitted objection against partition and my learned counsel made objection on it during argument but the objection submitted by the applicant cum respondent was missing from the paper book. If the applicant cum respondent agreed to the partition, why did he file an appeal against this order quite obvious from the second page of the attached PDF document. आदेश पत्रक

प्रस्तुत बाद सूर्यनरायन दूबे पुत्र स्व0 श्यामाचरन दूबे नि०ग्राम नीवी गहरवार तप्पा 96 परगना कंतित तहसील सदर जनपद मीरजापुर ने ज० वि० अधि० की धारा 176 के अन्तर्गत वाद दायर कर यह कहा गया है कि हम वादी व प्रतिवादीगण के बाद कागजात माल में हम वादी और प्रतिवादीगण का नाम बतौर संक्रमणीय भूमिधर काश्तकार हैं। वादी एवं प्रतिवादीगण संख्या 1 ता 4 आराजियात निम्न पर अपने-अपने हक व हिस्से के मुताबिक संयुक्त रूप से काबिज है फसल वगै0 कास्त कर रहे हैं परन्तु अक्सर आराजियात निम्न के बावत् आपस में बटवारा को लेकर विवाद उत्पन्न होता रहता है। वादी ने कई बार प्रतिवादी संख्या 1 ता 4 से बटवारा हेतु कहा। वादी का हक व हिस्सा 1/5 है जिसे अलग किया जाना आवश्यक है। विनाय मुखासियत हाजा नवम्बर 2014 में व दादी ने अपने अलग हिस्से पर गेहूं की फसल कास्त करने को कहा और प्रतिवादीगण संख्या 1 ता 4 राजी नहीं हुये
