Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system which must be followed by (I & CI).

Income Tax Officer (I & CI), Income Tax Building, Civil Lines Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and others public authorities must tell the reason of streaming messages on the mobile number and email of the applicant instead of holder of mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in the annual information report. 

The applicant has already informed the Department of income tax that Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in the annual information report do not belong to the complainant. This mobile number and email is the cause of the entire trauma of the complainant. This person who is the holder of this mobile number and email misused my PAN linked with my Aadhar by colluding with the department of income tax.

1- How many properties you have owned either individually or jointly during the concerned F.Y.

2-Please furnish computation of Income for the year under consideration? Please provide details of rental income and

details of property along with rental/lease agreement?

3-If you have not shown the rental income under House property income then provide the reason why the same may not

be considered under the house property income?

The reply of point 1,2 and 3 can be given by the holder of mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in the annual information report. Annual Information Statement Financial year 2020-21, Annual Information Statement Financial year 2021-22 and Annual Information Statement Financial year 2022-23 do not contain single statement which may concern to complainant but it concerns to Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com which must be investigated by D.G. Vigilance under intimation to the complainant.

Based on below comments of Intelligence and Criminal Investigation that In this matter inquiries are being conducted in respect of the persons who have claimed HRA by using the PAN of the petitioner of this Grievance by the ITO(I&CI) Lucknow, to whom the case has been transferred from the ITO(I&CI) Allahabad for coordinated inquiry in such cases. Till the completion of relevant inquiries, no further notice is being issued to Sh. MP Yogi Singh (Petitioner). The CPGRAM matter may be treated as Settled. In view of the above, the CPGRAM is being closed.

It is quite obvious from the report submitted by the Department of income tax on the public grievance portal that they are saying that I may keep myself aloof from the matter because they will not serve more illegal notices to the applicant but what about harassment and mental trauma provided by the department of income tax to the applicant? This is a humble request of the applicant to the accountable staff of the Department of income tax to provide the progress report in the inquiry being carried out by the Department of income tax. The applicant is frightened that after some time department of income tax will file the cases and same thing will happen in the Department of police because of the corruption in the department.

It is quite obvious that the applicant is suffering both physically and mentally because of such streaming of notices more than two and half years. The applicant is aggrieved with the working of the Department of income tax which issued the notices without proper verification of the matter resulting in the exploitation of the applicant but in this largest democracy in the world no one cares about it which reflects the anarchy in the working of the government of India such practises must be stopped. If the PAN is so incredible tool is being provided by the Department of income tax then it must be provided only to the professionals not ordinary people like the applicant. It is to say easy that you must register first information report in the matter of cheating if the PAN of the applicant is being misused by the fraudulent elements but everyone knows that how much corruption in the department of police, how much corruption in the Department of banking sectors and its regulatory body, how much corruption in the Department of income tax? Everyone knows that no File moves without greasing the palm of the public staff in any department of the government of India and in such condition how can it be expected that a person will not face such precarious situation when he is streamed notices which he does not know from which source and how his PAN was blatantly misused? Think about the incredibility of the faceless assessment done by the Department of income tax where is no accountability of the concerned staff of the Department of income tax who served the notices to innocent and gullible people without authenticating the fraudulent transactions? Where is transparency and accountability in the Department of income tax and what is the credibility? If the Department of income tax is really taking action in the matter, they must provide the progress report to the applicant? It is quite obvious that aggrieved applicant is not the third party in the matter.
