An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the registration of the mobile number of aggrieved applicant Preeti Singh in the consumer account of Suresh Chandra by the Hindustan Petroleum. An application on behalf of Preeti Singh, Mohalla- Surekapuram Colony, Jabalpur Road, Mirzapur City, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN Code-231001, for omitting/eliminating/deleting the mobile number-9794103433 of the Preeti Singh which has been registered in the following bogus consumer account and HP is streaming irritating messages of booking of refill and delivery quite obvious from the attached pdf document to the grievance. The manner in which matter of corruption is dealt by the public staff of the Department of petroleum and natural gas is not showing that government is interested to curb the corruption because its staff are promoting the corruption in the government machinery quite obvious from there cryptic working style. It is quite obvious that concerned staff of the Ministry of petroleum not only overlooked the matter of corruption, but it is also showing his dereliction of duty as he did not take any action to control the misuse of mobile number even when complaint was made in the matter. It may be that he may be so incompetent that he could not understand the subject matter and the contents of the grievance made on the public grievance portal, but he had to make contact with the person who may clarify the matter to him. Undoubtedly our government machinery is flooded with incompetent staff who are not able to understand grievances which is Root Causeway of the problem of the people being faced.

Current Status-Case closed Date of Action-07/12/2023, Remarks-disposed Arvind Nath Jha (Deputy Secretary) must Meditate on it what solution he has provided to the aggrieved applicant. Undoubtedly it is a matter of syphoning the subsidy being provided by government and the mobile number misuse by the offenders of the aggrieved applicant. It is quite obvious that Ministry of petroleum and natural gas did not entertain the matter concerning the deep rooted corruption in the department as public money is being looted by corrupt elements by misusing the mobile number of the aggrieved applicant. On the one side of the screen our political masters claiming to provide corruption free governance but on the other side of the screen our public staff are supporting the stand of offenders by not taking action against them whether in such a cryptic working style our government will be able to curb the corruption from the government machinery which is quite rampant in the department. Here most relevant question is that how can you misuse the mobile number of the aggrieved applicant and disturb her by encroaching her right to privacy? It is obvious that Arvind Nath Jha Deputy Secretary entertains the grievances of the aggrieved complainants and this matter concerning with the deep-rooted corruption in the department was closed by him with remark disposed this is cryptic reply in the matter and will only promote corruption in the department. Undoubtedly it is the reflection of anarchy in the working of the public staff in the ministry of petroleum and natural gas and such practises must be curbed if our political masters are really interested to curb the corruption from the government machinery.
