It is quite obvious that they again submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter of anarchy quite obvious ramp their indiscriminatory decision.

Following comment was made by the concerned staff of the government hospital Mirzapur.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित आप अपने प्रकरण में क्या चाहतें हैं , सम्बंधित पत्रावली लेकर सी०एम०एस०, प्रिंसिपल के समक्ष उपस्थित हो, जिससे नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्यवाही हो सके

Whether the chief medical Superintendent and principal do not redress the grievances received from the public grievance portal of the Government of India through Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh?

Whether you want to conceal your corruption from the government staff who are monitoring the public grievance portal and Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is quite obvious from the attached PDF document to the grievance?

If you were really interested to overcome the anarchy in the working of the government women hospital Mirzapur and MCH wing of the women hospital, then you do not run away from submitting report and the public grievance portal and Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

The mismanagement in the above said hospitals resulted in the cold-blooded murder of my wife Ruby and it is most unfortunate that the applicant could not be instrumental in providing justice to his wife by awarding offenders punishment through proper procedure. These offenders are responsible for the cold-blooded murder of my wife. These offenders must be subjected to the punishment by pursuing due procedure of law of land but could not succeed because of the anarchy in the government machinery.

महोदय जांच टीम द्वारा अपनी आंख्या में महिला अस्पताल के भ्रष्ट डॉक्टरों को छुपाने के लिए जिस प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल का जिक्र किया है वह कोई और नहीं खुद महिला हॉस्पिटल के अधीन काम करने वाला महिला हॉस्पिटल का एमसीएच विंग है जोकि पब्लिक प्राइवेट पार्टनरशिप के थिअरी पर आधारित है जो हमारे महान प्रधानमंत्री और प्रदेश के मुखिया श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के दूरदर्शिता पूर्ण सोच पर आधारित है

महोदय आप उनसे पूछिए कि उन्होंने प्रार्थी के पत्नी रूबी का क्या इलाज किया क्योंकि आपका कहना है कि जब प्रार्थी की पत्नी प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल से लौटी तो उसकी हालत और भी खराब थी तो इस प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल के द्वारा हमारी पत्नी रूबी का क्या इलाज किया गया हमारी पत्नी इस प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल में कितने समय तक रही इन लोगों ने हमारी पत्नी का इलाज क्यों नहीं किया क्योंकि यह लोग बिना भारी-भरकम फीस लिए तो इलाज करते ही नहीं है और प्रार्थी की क्षमता थी ही नहीं प्रार्थी के पत्नी को इन्होंने को एडमिट किया ही नहीं बल्कि उन्होंने कुछ फार्म भरवाए थे प्रार्थी से किंतु इलाज नहीं किया तो इस पर उनसे रिपोर्ट मांगे और विवरण के लिए जांच टीम की जांच आख्या और एमसीएच विंग की काली करतूत संलग्नक के रूप में अटैच किया गया है और इस मैटर को प्रार्थी द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश ह्यूमन राइट्स कमीशन में भी उठाया गया है

Chief medical officer Mirzapur submitted the following report which categorically states that the matter concerns the principal of maa Vindhyavasini government Medical College as MCH wing of the government women hospital works under the ambit principal of maa Vindhyawasini government college.

In the following report, chief medical officer Mirzapur itself accepting that the matter concerns the working of MCH wing of government women hospital which works under the ambit of the principal of Maa Vindhyavasini medical college so the matter can be redressed by the principal of Maa Vindhyavasini medical college so they had to transfer it to concerned mandate for redress. In order of the above, it is to be informed that the applicant's wife Mrs. Ruby and the newborn baby were treated in the District Women's Hospital, Mirzapur and the District Women's Hospital, Mirzapur is under the control of Maa Vindhyavasini Government Medical
