Grievance Description
The matter concerns the arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the subdivisional magistrate Sadar, district- Mirzapur which must be taken into account by the concerned accountable public staff.
Court of additional sub divisional magistrate passed an arbitrary order on on 26th July 2022 by making mockery of the law and this travesty of justice compelled the applicant to file restoration application number- 292 of the year 2023 in the court of commissioner Vindhyachal division, district-Mirzapur. This restoration application is scheduled for hearing on 28th December 2023.
It is quite obvious that the restoration application is pending in the court of commissioner, but on the part of the Tehsil administration, the team has visited two times for the partition of the land which is a mockery of the law. Most respected Sir on the last Thursday the team of the tehsil Sadar again visited at the House of the applicant for the partition of the land when the applicant told them that the matter is sub Judice before the commissioner division-Vindhyachal, Mirzapur and no partition can take place if the adjudication is spending in the competent court, then they asked the applicant to provide the proof. It is kindly informed to the most respected Sir that the applicant made available the copy of questionnaire in the court of commissioner to them which is attached as the second page of the PDF document to the grievance.
In the following grievance tahsildar Sadar submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report on 4th October 2023 which is misleading and attached as the first page to the attached PDF document to the grievance.

According to the report submitted by tahsildar Sadar, the applicant is aggrieved with the order passed by the court of additional sub divisional magistrate which was passed by additional sub divisional magistrate on 26th July 2022 and the applicant submitted objection against the order which was not accepted by the court.
According to the order passed by additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mr Siddharth Yadav on 26th July 2022 the applicant had no objection with the partition because the applicant had not submitted an objection before the court and on that basis, decree was made in favour of the opposite party. The applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the most respected Sir to the page 8 of the attached PDF document which is the nakal provided by the concerned court which is itself proving that the applicant has submitted the objection in the court on 18th March 2019. In the note of the concerned staff of the court it has been categorically mentioned that the objection cum affidavit with supporting documents submitted on behalf Aditya Narayan Dubey and today advocates are on strike.
It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the deep-rooted anarchy and corruption in the working of the additional sub divisional magistrate during the execution of the quasi-judicial work which is the travesty of justice must not be overlooked by the government of Uttar Pradesh.
