* Description of Information Sought It is quite obvious that sub divisional magistrate Lalganj is not providing information because the application submitted for the death certificate has not been forwarded by his subordinate to the B.D.O. Halia for further processing which is quite obvious from the first and second page of the attached PDF document. It is an obligatory duty of S.D.M. Lalganj to fix accountability of wrongdoer staff.
The following is the current status of the application submitted by the information seeker under subsection 1 of Section 6 of the right to Information Act 2005.

It is quite obvious from the above status the appellant submitted the application on 25th September 2023 and it is 11th December 2023 today which means more than 3 months passed but sub divisional magistrate Lalganj and his public information officer did not provide information to the information seeker which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to Information Act 2005.

1-Please provide the status of the representation made by the applicant before the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj, district Mirzapur, dated 20th January 2023.
2-Right to reason is the indispensable part of a sound administrative system therefore if no action has been taken by the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj on the representation of the applicant then provide the reason for it to the applicant.
