The report submitted by the staff of the agriculture is attached to the grievance which is a parrot report and inconsistent to the contents of the grievance and an arbitrary report which is not acceptable to the aggrieved applicant. Consequently the applicant is not satisfied with the redressal of the following grievance which is concerned with the working of the director agriculture at Lucknow. What are the benefits of such a scheme if schemes are not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the departments in the government of Uttar Pradesh? It is quite obvious that Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi is not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the working of the government machinery as there is no transparency and accountability in the execution of the scheme. During the election campaign our political masters make a commitment with the people of this country that they will provide good governance which will be transparent and accountable but once they occupy the crown their working style is changed which is not in favour of the common people in the state. It seems that our political masters talk of honesty only on public fora but in their working style there is rampant corruption quite obvious from the current matter in which several complaints have been made but no action on the part of public staff.
It is quite obvious that office of the director of the agriculture at Lucknow is procrastinating on the application of the applicant.
Verified By District and Pending for Approval at State Level is the status of application for Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi of the applicant.
These lines are the lead item of the grievance then how can the grievance be sent to the deputy director of agriculture District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh when it has been categorically stated in the grievance that the matter concerns the director of Agriculture at Lucknow.
If the grievance is redressable by the director of Agriculture at Lucknow, how can it be redressed by the deputy director of agriculture posted at Division Vindhyachal Mirzapur. The applicant submitted the grievance before the ministry of Agriculture government of India so that it may reach directly to the director of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture at Lucknow but it was again sent at the inappropriate place which reflects the anarchy in the working of the concerned staff of the Department of Agriculture.
Most respected Sir more than 9 months passed and director Department of Agriculture at Lucknow is procrastinating on the matter but it is most unfortunate that the office of the chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh is not sending the matter to the director agriculture which means there is no accountability in the office of director agriculture at Lucknow. Moreover direct Department of Agriculture at Lucknow is neither redressing the grievances of the aggrieved applicant nor providing information is being sought by the information seeker which means applicant. It is quite obvious that arbitrariness and tyranny originated from the corruption in the Department of Agriculture that blocked the path of the rule of law for the citizens in the state. There is no transparency and accountability in providing the assistance under the prime minister scheme PM Kishan Samman Nidhi. What are the benefits of such a scheme if schemes are not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the departments in the government of Uttar Pradesh?

It is quite obvious that office of the director of the agriculture at Lucknow is procrastinating on the application of the applicant.

It is quite obvious that an online application for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is pending for approval at the level of the department of agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh.
The matter concerns the working of the director in the directorate of Agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh whose office is procrastinating on providing approval to the application submitted for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.
The registration number : GOVUP/E/2023/0060942 Of the applicant was forwarded by the office of Chief Minister Government of Uttar Pradesh to the director agriculture at directorate Agriculture Lucknow on 20th September 2023. On 23rd September 2023 director agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh told the chief minister office that data made available by the applicant has been verified at the level of the Tehsil and also at the level of district now it is pending at the level of state which means in the office of director of agriculture Lucknow.
Eight months have passed since the date of registration for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi and the Office of the director of Agriculture is procrastinating on it which is a mockery of the law of land. Think about the gravity of the situation but they are neither providing information under RTI nor are they redressing the grievances of the applicant.
