Grievance Details : Hi, My Previous Grievance Number is 5208697 (Grievance details mentioned as last). As per BHIM UPI Remark: "Amount reversed to your account by your bank . If not please take up with your bank for refund. " So I need more information to chase my bank for the amount. They want 1. RRN number (Reference number) / Bank Transaction id 2. Date Of the Transaction 3. Transaction Amount Or screenshot Of the transaction. So I request to please provide these details Thanks Previous Grievance Details : My BHIM Complaint No: 966714446233. On 26 Sep I started Setup of UPI LiteX with Rs2000 (BHIM Transaction ID: 326921887843). I never used it on my trip. After returning I had to format/reset my Device on 8th Oct. I reinstalled BHIM and Logged in again but after login my UPI LITE X balance was 0 instead it should have been 2000 since it was unused in whole trip and I haven't de-registered the UPI Lite X yet. Please address this Issue since I can't contact them. I only can register complaint via IVR call which I have already done. I'm willing to share any document if required.

Company Remark : Madam/Dear Sir, When install /reinstall the App wallet Amount will be blocked for 4 days and wallet amount will be reversed to your account by your bank after 4 days. We have have already communicated previously if amount not reversed to your bank account. Please take up with your bank for refund. NPCI not hold any customer money.
