* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the deep rooted corruption in the working of the police violated the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High Court of judicature at Allahabad in which secretary of home was the respondent number one. It is quite obvious that there is manifold increase in the corruption in the government machinery because of the lackadaisical approach of the accountable public functionaries in the government who are overlooking the matters concerning the serious allegations of corruption on the flimsy ground. Order of the High Court, order of the District Judge and queries made by the applicant in the court of magistrate district court Lucknow attached to this RTI application.
Order of High court attached to R.T.I. communiqué and quote is as- It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the respondent number First who is Secretary of home department, civil secretariat, Government of Uttar Pradesh and respondent number second who is senior superintendent of police Lucknow as well as the station house officer police station Ashiana who is the respondent number 3 in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh.
1- सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी महोदय जैसा की उच्च न्यायालय ने आदेश दिया उसका अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना प्रतिवादी १,२ और तीन की जिम्मेदारी थी और अब संलग्नक एक से स्पस्ट है निबंधन विलेख का संपादन लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया जा चूका है
श्री मान जी आप द्वारा किस तरह से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया गया
२-यदि आप के पास उपरोक्त माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में कोई सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जो अनुराधा सिंह की मालिकाना हक़ को पुष्ट करता हो तो उस आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये
३-यदि अनुराधा सिंह टाइटल सूट नहीं योजित की और गलत तरीके से निबंधन विलेख का संपादन करा लिया तो आप ने क्या कार्यवाही की विवरण उपलब्ध कराये
4-Provide the circular which exempts disclosure of information in the name of forming a committee.
5-Provide Letter of nomination of committee head and its members as informed by PIO already in the matter attached to it as Shraddha Chaudhari of L.D.A. as denied information.
Public information officer in the office of home secretary, government of Uttar Pradesh should provide the 5-point information within stipulated time of 30 days as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005.
