Subject-To provide documents to the investigation officer of complaint 23109230082543 which are available to the victim. Vide attached PDF document of 44 pages.

The brief description of the case is as follows.1-Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in annual information report do not belong to complainant. This mobile number and email is the cause entire trauma of the complainant. This person misused my PAN by colluding with department of income tax.

2- The victim uses a single bank account which is opened in the State Bank of India whose account number is 34645721675 and the email attached to this bank account number is yogimpsingh@gmail.com and the mobile number is 7379105911.

3- The victim never took any loan which is shown in the cibil report provided by the state bank of India and state bank of India itself accepted in its report no such loan belongs to the applicant.

4- Most respected Sir PAN of the victim was updated in 13 bank accounts which is quite obvious from the cibil report made available by the branch manager city branch Mirzapur which is attached to the grievance.

5-Fraudulent transactions of Rs.161206667 concerning my PAN linked with my Aadhar in the annual information statement are showing failure and corruption of banking institutions and the department of income tax. These statements are attached to the grievance and not a single statement concerns the victim.

6-State Bank of India opened a KCC account by manipulating my name and changing my address and misusing my PAN reflects rampant corruption. The details are as follows.

My name is Mahesh Pratap Singh and in this bogus account the name of the account holder is Pratap Singh Mahesh which means the place of words have changed. Such bogus accounts are opened to siphon public assistance so it must be enquired in accordance with the law.

7-As far as transactions made in the financial year 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 Annual Information Statement, do not belong to the applicant which must be investigated under the intimation of the applicant so that applicant may know those fraudulent elements who torture the law-abiding citizens by taking the law of land in their own hands. These transactions made by other people misusing my PAN connected with my Aadhar.

Please take action in accordance with the law by registering a first information report in the matter.

Please take action in the matter at the earliest in accordance with the law. Also, to ensure transparency and accountability, action must be intimated to me under article 51 A of the constitution of India. Please detain all those who are responsible for such corrupt dealings irrespective of their rank and status. For this, the applicant shall ever pray you.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित महोदय, जाँच आख्या संलग्न है संदर्भित प्रकरण मे गहराई से जॉच किया गया तथा प्रभारी निरीक्षक कोतवाली कटरा से आख्या प्राप्त किया गया तो पाया गया कि आवेदक उपरोक्त पते की निवासी है जॉच से ज्ञात हुआ कि उक्त प्रकरण के सम्बन्ध मे थाना स्थानीय पर मु0अ0सं029123 धारा420 भादवि व 66सी,66डी आईटी एक्ट पंजीकृत किया गया है जिसकी विवेचना श्री अरविन्द कुमार यादव निरीक्षक अपराध कोतवाली कटरा द्वारा सम्पादित की जा रही है विवेचना का गुणदोष के आधार पर निस्तारण करने हेतु विवेचक को निर्देशित किया गया है जॉच आख्या सादर अवलोकनार्थ सेवा मे प्रेषि श्रीमान् जी आख्या संलग्न है

It is quite obvious that currently the individual occupied the chair of the prime minister is the most honest prime minister of this country ever appointed on this chair quite obvious from the public meetings of our great prime minister Mr. Narendra Damodar Das Modi. During the tenure of such an honest prime minister my PAN was updated in 13 anonymous bank accounts because of the corruption of Department of income tax and Department of financial institutions monitored by the regulatory body reserve Bank of India, then think about if the chair of the prime minister of this country will be occupied by a corrupt person my PAN might has been updated in how many accounts no one knows and our lives will become hell? Undoubtedly, we need honest persons to run our government so there must be competition to cheque the honesty of claimants before selecting individuals at the constitutional posts. Good governance is not only words to use on public fora but it must be included into the practice.
