It is quite obvious that cheating activities has reached on its zenith in our society because of the lackadaisical approach of the public staff to deal with the matter of the cheating as well as rampant corruption and the government machinery is also playing the role of the stumbling block in taking action against the fraudulent elements.
It is fundamental duty of the applicant to caution the government functionaries regarding such fraudulent activities and then it is their duty whether they will act to curb such activities or not.
The most important thing is here how the information of the applicant reached to the fraudulent elements from the online shopping platform Flipkart ipso facto obvious from the sent registered letter of the mysterious person.
