* Prayer or Relief Sought Whether the station house officer Dramandganj district-Mirzapur can provide any information regarding the presence the appellant that he had gone to her native village in 3 years or nearby area if not how can his subordinate claim breach of peace by the appellant in the concerned area? Whether rule of law has been replaced by rule of anarchy in this state of Uttar Pradesh reflecting in the working of the concerned sub inspector who arbitrarily fabricated the appellant under section 107/116 of the criminal procedure code?
It is quite obvious that public information officer circle officer Lalganj district Mirzapur instead of providing information to the information seeker submitted the report of the station house officer Dramandganj district-Mirzapur who only justified his stand by supporting the illegal stand of the subordinate staff who submitted arbitrary report on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.
The appellant is seeking following information from the public information officer which is concerned the working of the station house officer Dramandganj in which they have made the mockery of the law.
1-Most respected Sir, distance between Mirzapur and Dramandganj is 51 kilometre and the applicant is a woman how can your applicant create nuisance in Dramandganj at the site of dispute which means at the native place of the applicant? Please provide date and time when the applicant visited the native place in the time span of 3 years.
2-it is quite obvious that applicant is a woman and seeking justice from the police and police concerned to demoralize the applicant implicated her and her husband under preventive measures with ulterior motive to harass the applicant. Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so public information officer must provide the reason of not taking action against offenders under sections 466 467 468 420 195 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3-Public information officer must provide the posting details and date of joining the district Mirzapur with date of joining of police station-Dramandganj of Sub inspector Mr Arvind Kumar Saroj.
4-Public information officer must provide the reason how the application of the section 107 and 116 is not the blatant misuse by the concerned police officer as right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system as well as it encroached the fundamental right of a woman to seek justice from the government.
Right to Information Act 2005 has been introduced by the Government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities therefore in order to fix the accountability of the concerned public staff, public information officer may be directed to provide the 4 point information to the information seeker. For this, appellant shall ever pray you, Honourable Sir.

* Description of Information Sought Sought information concerns with police station-Dramandganj, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh regarding G.D. No.-014 dated-19 Oct 2023 attached as page 2 of the attached PDF document. The matter concerns forgery in the public records from which the name of the father of the applicant has been eliminated by taking concerned public staff under good faith. There is a need for swift action in the matter with transparency and accountability so that conspirators may be sent behind the bar. Sub inspector Mr Arvind Kumar Saroj misused section 107 /116 of the criminal procedure code and overlooked guidelines of the High Court of judicature at Allahabad issued to prevent the misuse of section 151, 107 and 116 of the criminal procedure code and government of Uttar Pradesh through its department of home issued circular which is attached to this grievance. It has been categorically directed to the police and the executive magistrate use the discretion before application of such tools available in our criminal procedure code so that fundamental rights of the people may remain intact.
