The matter concerns a transaction with reference ID5133132505 failed during the processing due to account free. Respected sir maybe pleased to a glance of the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. Aise proprietor of the Om Gas Agency The applicant is making following enquiry under Article 51A of the Constitution of India with the branch manager,PNB Civil lines, Bulandshahr, Branch Manager - Akhilesh , of the Punjab National Bank.
Bank loan on the applicant is Rs.4296538.07 while the loan limit is Rs.50 Lakhs. The process of the renewal was deliberately cancelled by misinterpreting and manipulating the made available stock data by the gas agency because of corruption.
Respected branch manager of the Punjab National Bank may provide the reason of freezing the current account if he has really freezed the current account of the Om Gas Agency to block the working of the agency with ulterior motive to achieve nefarious design. Om Gas Agency is the only source of the livelihood of the family of the applicant and applicant always remained the source of the profit for the bank therefore it can never be justified on the part of branch manager in favour of the applicant.
Please provide the order passed by the branch manager or any other communication made with the senior rank authority and minutes of the proceedings made in regard to freezing the current account of the Om Gas Agency by the branch manager.
It is quite obvious that branch manager of the Punjab National Bank is violating the consumer rights of the widow of the army personnel which is against the setup norms of the government.
It is quite obvious from the status of cash credit account CC account - 0069008700013264 total bank loan on the applicant is Rs.4296538.07 while the loan limit of the applicant is 50,00,000 rupees. The aplicant has paid the interest more than the balance which is currently in the cash credit account.

P.N.B. says stock statement of August 2022 is Rs.704890 but Om Gas Agency paid to B.P.C.L. is Rs.3557089.24 in August 2022 You have cancelled the process of renewal of C.C. Account of the applicant illegally by submitting false facts. According to the aforementioned communication-As per bank norms, the Drawing power is ascertained on the value of the stock every month. It is most unfortunate that you are falsely claiming that the applicant submitted the stock statement on 30.06.2022 is of Rs. 6,51,030 and on 31.08.2022 is of Rs. 7,04,890 only in the branch. Following payments made by the applicant to B.P.C.L. in above months. If the staff of the bank verified the stock in the year 2017 during the sanction of the loan and in the year 2022 during the renewal of the loan found the same, how can Punjab National Bank may cancel the renewal application in the name of insufficient stock?
It must be noted that the applicant from 27-10-2021 to 02-08-2023, has Deposited 3067312.83 Lack In PNB CC account - 0069008700013264. Punjab National Bank did not renew C.C. Loan by arbitrarily saying agency submitted stock Rs.704890 however Om Gas Agency has stock Rs.70 Lakhs.

Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system and here who is the appellate authority and what is the reason to concur with the decision of the subordinate officer was not revealed the following appeal of the appellant and the final reply document in following is not opening on the PG portal. No one can be made accountable for its acts if such cryptic dealings will take place on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. At least there must be name and post of the appellate authority who disposed of the appeal made by the appellant. Provision of SARFAESI act 2002 was brought up by the Government of India to safeguard the interest of secured creditors and genuine borrowers but because of corruption in the financial institutions things are occurring just opposite to it. Here matter concerns the blatant abuse of the provisions of SARFAESI act 2002 which requires an inquiry into the matter by a team of honest personnel of the government. Here core issue is the procrastination and corruption in the renewal of the cash credit account of the applicant. The agency was closed for 2 years which made the applicant financially handicapped in spite of this the applicant fulfilled entire demands of the concerned bank personnel but they must think that this is process of the renewal and not they are providing loan again so how can the applicant fulfil their big demands? They should think that this is a great achievement of the applicant that loan amount from Rs.67,00,000 to to 43,00,000 rupees. This proves the good faith of the borrower which must be taken into account. Think about the big defaulters of the bank who never intended to pay the principal amount of the money of the bank and now living abroad and bank failed to secure its money by using SARFAESI act 2002 because the corrupt staff of the bank colluded with them.

Reason Of Appeal
An enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding corrupt dealings of Bank. 1-Can you auction the house of the applicant if there may be a balance of Rs.50 in C.C. Account of the applicant by misusing provisions of SARFAESI Act 2002? 2-After O.T.S., you did the renewal temporarily and the applicant submitted a renewal application. According to rule, you had to pursue the procedure of law to make the loan N.P.A. but you have not followed but making mockery of provisions of SARFAESI Act 2002? 3 and 4-As one time settlement was fulfilled by the applicant. 5-In 2017, bank granted C.C. Loan on the same stock and in renewal application they are questioning stock. Whether the integrity of Bank staff is not under cloud? Whether it is not corruption? 6-The stock statement submitted by the applicant is of Rs.7025416 obvious from the report of the chartered accountant dated 20 Oct 2022. To curb the process of renewal is the part of cryptic and mysterious dealings of the corrupt staff of the Punjab National Bank To curb the process of renewal is the part of cryptic and mysterious dealings of the corrupt staff of the Punjab National Bank, obvious from their incredible dealings in the matter. Undoubtedly it is too surprising that the same stock was sufficient stock in the year 2017 when the cash credit loan was sanctioned by the bank staff and now when the renewal application was submitted then this stock has been insufficient stock. This implies that for the sufficient stock, sympathy of the bank staff is must and to garner their sympathy everyone knows what the applicant should do? No doubt the applicant is a credible customer of the bank and no loss to the bank because of the applicant but the bank staff because of corruption harassing a vulnerable lady.

This is a humble request of the widow of an army personnel to order an enquiry into the matter of deep-rooted corruption so that rights of a woman may be safeguarded, and her exploitation may stop.
