* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the processing of the summon notices to a dead body who have departed to the heavily abode, by the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
The matter concerns the working of the Superintendent of police district-Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi and station house officer police station-Chauri Bazar.
Our motive is good governance but where is such governance if there is no control on the corruption which is growing like jungle fire. Chauri police fabricated the father of victim Anand Kumar Tiwari in a land grabbing case in which land of the victim has been grabbed by the offenders who departed to heavenly abode many years ago. It is most unfortunate that in the report of investigation officer, Rameshwar Nath Yadav, police station Chauri not a single individual from the offenders were named, most surprising name of the late father Vakil Dhar Tiwari of the applicant is included in the name of the offenders which reflects the incredibility of the report of the investigation officer. Prime offender of the land grabbing is Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari not included in any list of the police is a matter of concern showing partial and corrupt dealings of the police.
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the delivery of the summon to my deceased father.
1-Who will deliver the summon to my deceased father in heaven?
2-It is observed that when an individual dies then he departs to the heavenly abode. What mechanism is followed by the police to deliver the summon in heaven.
3-Please tell me the name and designation of the police personnel who deliver the summon in heaven.
4-Whether such people are visible to the police and executive magistrate through magic eyes or worldly eyes.
5- Public information officers in the office of director general of police may provide the guidelines, office memo, circulars and government orders regarding the prosecution of the dead people.
