Grievance Description-Why did sub divisional magistrate tehsil Lalganj, district Mirzapur not forward application of the applicant for the death certificate of her father dated 20th January 2023 to the block development officer Haliya district Mirzapur? Whether it is not reflecting complete mismanagement and anarchy in the working of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj district Mirzapur? The report of the assistant development officer development block Halia district Mirzapur submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India is also attached as the first page of the attached PDF documents to the grievance.

Sir, think about the gravity of situation that in the month of January, the applicant applied for a death certificate, but it is being said by the village development officer that the applicant has not yet given any application to get the death certificate of her father.

The insensitivity of the staff of Lalganj Tehsil can be guessed from the fact that the application given by the applicant for obtaining the certificate was not sent to the office of concerned Block Development Officer.

Sir, is there no anarchy in the working style of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj Tehsil where applications of the people are put in a dump of garbage, imagine our Chief Minister and our Prime Minister talking about the comforts of the people, but their subordinate officers put the problems of the public and the applications related to it in the heap of garbage.

Sir, such a system does not reflect good governance but reflects utter anarchy.

If there is corruption in the system, then such irregularities will be part of the dealing of the system and it is the moral responsibility of our Honourable Chief Minister and Honourable Prime Minister to improve the system.

1-Please provide the status of the representation made by the applicant before the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj, district Mirzapur, dated 20th January 2023.

2-Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system therefore if no action taken by the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj on the representation of the applicant then provide the reason of it to the applicant.

3-Sub divisional magistrate Lalganj may provide the minutes of proceedings to the applicant regarding the application made by the applicant before him as mentioned above.

If the matter was not forwarded by the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj to the block development officer Halia then it is fault of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj because he is procrastinating on the representation of the applicant belongs to the vulnerable section.
