The matter concerns the working of the project director, D.R.D.A., Development Building, district Mirzapur in regard to his communication dated 20 Oct 2023, Letter number-1486 which is attached as the first page of the attached pdf documents to this representation. This communication of the project director is addressed to the applicant. The applicant submitted the following appeal before the commissioner rural development as information was not provided to the applicant. This implies that RTI application was forwarded by the office of Commissioner Rural Development to the DRDA Mirzapur quite obvious from the above forwarding note of the office of the commissioner rural development. Description of Information Sought Public Information Officer municipality Mirzapur city who is also the executive officer of the municipality Mirzapur city may provide the following information to the information seeker regarding the Sangmohal ward of the municipality Mirzapur.
As the departmental heads in the field offices are the Public Information Officers of the such offices.
1-PIO may provide the information of total development fund provided by the government to Sangmohal ward year wise for the current five years term.
2-PIO may provide the project details executed by the municipality Mirzapur city through the aforementioned funds as required under point one.
3-PIO may provide the estimates and invoices regarding the projects as sought under point two by the information seeker. 4-Please provide the information regarding voluntary disclosure of information by the municipality Mirzapur city as required under subsection 1b of section
4 of the right to information act 2005. As far as my knowledge is concerned, you did not provide single information under the aforementioned section of the right to information act 2005.
5-Provide the posting details of the class one and class two staffs of the municipality Mirzapur city currently working and those transferred in five years.
Please take the reference of the information as the Applicant seeking from the office of Commissioner of rural development and this RTI application was forwarded by the office of district magistrate Mirzapur to the commissioner rural development for the appropriate action in the matter. I do not think that there is need of more explanation to the officer like project director who must be competent to understand the contents if explanations are given and matter is explained in lucid style.

It has been mentioned by the project director district rural development authority Mirzapur in his report that he has sought the information detail from the applicant, but applicant is seeking information from him through public grievance portal and this grievance is illegible for him. I think that he must take the Perusal of the contents of the grievance through which the applicant made the compliance of the communication made by him with the applicant. I think that it is the fault of the project director that he could not understand the contents of the grievance which are typed and legible. If the department will run with the help of clerks only and he will not entertain the applications of the aggrieved people, then such problems will arise automatically. We want reform in the system and applicant is making efforts in that direction. Think about the gravity of the situation 5 RTI applications have been submitted by the applicant, but neither information made available nor reason.
