* Description of Information Sought Information about court proceedings during the strike call by learned advocates to avail information in the specific case and make easier the compliance of Honourable court order. Central public information officer may provide the summon details and the information about the concerned judge when entertains the bail applications during the strike. Please provide the information whether the strike of the lawyers are affecting the court proceedings partially or completely if entire court proceedings are paralysed because of strike then bail application will be entertained after the end of strike. Whether there is specific remedy available to the litigants during the strike. Please help the senior citizen by explicit reply which will be helpful to the information seeker and it will lessen the stress and tension of the information seeker. The information seeker Vimal Kumar Rastogi S/O Late Muralidhar Rastogi is a senior citizen and not in condition to travel for a case in the court every day. The information seeker had made complaint before the Budaun police in regard to the illegal in encroachment by Dinesh Kumar Gupta S/O Mr. Ram Bahadur Gupta.
