Grievance Description

Mismanagement and misuse of funds for cow shelters are the main issue but concerned public staff did not address the issue of stray animals. An application under Article 51A of the constitution of India to make enquiry regarding the corruption in the implementation of the government scheme in the department of rural development. After the exchange of numerous applications, the concerned staff of the Government of Uttar Pradesh reached on the conclusion that there is discrepancy in the documents made available by the two Village development officers belonging to the development block Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur. Block development officer Chhanbey district Mirzapur gave two days to provide explanation in the disparity of records provided by the two Village development officers i.e. one belongs to Nibi Gaharwar gram Panchayat and other belongs to Rasauli gram panchayat which is quite obvious from the communications shared by the Block development officer on the Jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Few of them are attached to this online complaint.

Financial irregularity of Rs.10,00,000 cannot be concealed in the name of clerical error as done by B.D.O. Chhanbey Mirzapur. Difference of Rs.10 Lakhs found in two reports concerning construction of two temporary cowsheds but B.D.O. Chhanbey resolved the matter by reprimanding defaulters. 

Whether embezzlement of public funds can not be curbed in the honest government of our chief minister Yogi Adityanath Ji. शिकायत संख्या:-60000220195729 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M. P. Singhविषय-The matter concerns the working of the chief veterinary officer Mirzapur and Block Development Officer Chhanbey, District-Mirzapur and information made available by the Block Development Officer Chhanbey attached to this grievance. Rs.14.07 Lakh was spent on the construction of temporary cowsheds in the financial year 2018-19 and Rs.1973452 was spent to upkeep cows in the financial year 2019-20. Consequently the total fund spent-33.8 Lakh approximately. Where is description of total fund spent-33.8 Lakh in the report of the Block development officer Chhanvey, District-Mirzapur approved by chief development officer Mirzapur. There is a scam of 10 Lakhs of rupees in the construction of temporary cowsheds and the chief development officer is putting carpet on it. 

Sir, it is the morality of every public authority to refute the allegations leveled against it, but here there is no effect on the concerned officer. It is not necessary that everyone should not do wrong because he is afraid of being punished, but not because he does not want to do wrong. Here it is clear from the working style of the Block Development Officer that he has come to know that there has been siphoning of public funds in the matter, so he does not want to sign any explanation for his defense because there is a fear of getting caught in it.
