The matter is closely connected with the working of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Phoolpur, District-Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the communication of Settlement Officer Phoolpur.
An application on behalf of Prasant Singh and his mother Uma Singh under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek inquiry regarding inheritance.

The matter concerns the inheritance of the land in the name of Shiv Bahadur Singh to his son Prasant Singh and his wife Uma Singh on which staff of the Tehsil-Phoolpur are procrastinating for one years. This matter is more than three years old and because of corruption concerned staff are still procrastinating on the matter even when repeated representations have been submitted in the matter.
How shameful is it that Lekhpal and the revenue inspector are submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports in the matter which is accepted blindly by the monitoring staff on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh? According to the report submitted by the Lekhpal Ramesh Tripathi of the Tehsil- Phoolpur, district-Prayagraj in the complaint number-60000230187226 The inheritance of the aggrieved applicant is under process and after completion of inquiry into the matter, name of the beneficiaries cum aggrieved applicants will be put under effect in the revenue records and by completing the process of inheritance. What is the outcome of the following campaign initiated by our chief minister Yogi Adityanath in the print and electronic media since 2020? Our chief minister wants that there may be a message of reform in the public and corruption in the government machinery should remain as such. मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने राजस्व विभाग को वरासत अभियान के संबंध में एक हेल्पलाइन शुरू करने व एक ई-मेल आईडी जारी करने का निर्देश दिया है।
उन्होंने कहा है कि अभियान के बाद शासन स्तर से जिलों में टीम भेजकर यह पुष्टि भी की जाए कि कहीं निर्विवाद उत्तराधिकार का कोई प्रकरण खतौनियों में दर्ज होने से बाकी तो नहीं है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने वरासत अभियान के दौरान आम लोगों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए ये निर्देश दिए हैं। प्रदेश में निर्विवाद उत्तराधिकार को खतौनियों में दर्ज कराने के लिए 15 दिसंबर से प्रदेश के समस्त ग्रामों में यह अभियान शुरू किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अभियान को समयबद्ध ढंग से संचालित करने को कहा है। अभियान 15 फरवरी 2021 को पूरा होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने तहसील दिवस तथा थाना दिवस का आयोजन पूरी संवेदनशीलता से करते हुए जनसमस्याओं का गुणवत्तापरक निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश भी दिया है।
Think about the deep-rooted corruption in the working of the Tehsils that not a single file moves without greasing the palm of the concerned public staff otherwise your file will remain as such. Now it has been proved that no party in the government wants to curb the corruption in the government machinery and honesty is only confined to public fora. Our chief minister and prime minister always stake claim of honesty, but where is honesty if there is rampant corruption in the government machinery and even after complaint no action is taken by the government in the matter of corruption.

Concerned Lekhpal, Revenue Inspector and Tahsildar must know that the application was made by the applicant not only for Saraijit Rai Urf Pure Bhava but also for revenue village Gobardhanpur but they did not take the perusal of the contents of the grievance thoroughly. Whatever report has been made available by them that report is concerned with the revenue village Saraijit Rai Urf Pure Bhava. This struggle is more than one year old and concerned staff know everything. This implies that they have not done process of inheritance in the revenue village panchayat Gobardhanpur. It is quite obvious that they informed that process of online application for the Gobardhanpur was completed by the concerned staff because it was not feasible for the applicant to do online application for the revenue village Gobardhanpur because on website it was showing that there was consolidation process underway. It is their obligatory duty to provide information regarding the revenue village Gobardhanpur.
