Subject-To provide documents to investigation officer of complaint 23109230082543 which are available to the victim. Vide attached PDF document of 44 pages.
The brief description of the case is as follows.
1- The victim uses single bank account which is opened in the State Bank of India which account number is 34645721675 and the email attached to this bank account number is yogimpsingh@gmail.com and the mobile number is 7379105911.
2- The victim never took any loan which is showing in the cibil report provided by the state bank of India and state bank of India itself accepted in its report no such loan belongs to the applicant.
3- Most respected Sir PAN of the victim was updated in 13 bank accounts which is quite obvious from the cibil report made available by the branch manager city branch Mirzapur which is attached to the grievance.
4-Fraudulent transactions of Rs.161206667 concerning my PAN linked with my Aadhar in annual information statement are showing failure and corruption of banking institutions and the department of income tax. These statements are attached to the grievance and not a single statement concerns with the victim.
5-State Bank of India opened a KCC account by manipulating my name and changing my address and misusing my PAN reflects rampant corruption. Which details are as follows.
My name is Mahesh Pratap Singh and in this bogus account the name of the account holder is Pratap Singh Mahesh which means the place of words have changed. Such bogus accounts are opened to siphon public assistance so it must be enquired in accordance with the law.

6-As far as transactions made in the financial year 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 Annual Information Statement, do not belong to the applicant which must be investigated under the intimation of the applicant so that applicant may know those fraudulent elements who torture the law-abiding citizens by taking the law of land in their own hands. These transactions made by other people misusing my PAN connected with my Aadhar.
Please take action in accordance with the law by registering first information report in the matter.
Please take action in the matter at the earliest in accordance with the law. Also, to ensure transparency and accountability, action must be intimated to me under article 51 A of the constitution of India. Please detain all those who are responsible for such corrupt dealings irrespective of their rank and status. For this, the applicant shall ever pray you, most honourable sir.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित महोदय, जांच आख्या संलग्न है संदर्भित प्रकरण मे गहराई से जॉच किया गया तथा प्रभारी निरीक्षक कोतवाली कटरा से आख्या प्राप्त किया गया तो पाया गया कि आवेदक उपरोक्त पते की निवासी है जॉच से ज्ञात हुआ कि उक्त प्रकरण के सम्बन्ध मे थाना स्थानीय पर मु0अ0सं029123 धारा420 भादवि व 66सी,66डी आईटी एक्ट पंजीकृत किया गया है जिसकी विवेचना श्री अरविन्द कुमार यादव निरीक्षक अपराध कोतवाली कटरा द्वारा सम्पादित की जा रही है विवेचना का गुणदोष के आधार पर निस्तारण करने हेतु विवेचक को निर्देशित किया गया है जॉच आख्या सादर अवलोकनार्थ सेवा मे प्रेषि आख्या संलग्न

Thanks to the inspector Mr. Arvind Kumar Yadav for registering the first information report in the matter of cheating which provided a ray of hope to the applicant in getting justice when the cyber-crime is on its peak. Think about the gravity of situation more than Rs.16,00,00,000 transaction was made by the cheaters by misusing my PAN which is a mockery of the law of land. Several loans were taken by misusing my PAN by taking under teeth the law of land. The need of power is that harsh steps must be taken against the fraudulent elements. What ever done by the fraudulent elements reflects the anarchy in the government machinery and showing that rule of law in this country has been substituted by anarchy. It is quite obvious that the applicant is struggling for more than two years and suffered both physically and mentally and now expect that those tortured the applicant may be subjected to the penal proceedings of the land. O God help your applicant adversaries may remove from life.

Please send the grievance to Kotwali Katra District Mirzapur as supplementary to the cyber complaint of the applicant forwarded by the cyber cell of the home ministry Which details are given at the top of the contents of the grievance.
The matter is not concerned with the tax Department of the state government but it is concerned with the cyber cell of the Kotwali Katra district-Mirzapur to whom the cyber cell of the Department of home central government Transferred the cyber complaint of the applicant for the investigation.

Think about the incompetence of the concerned staff in the Chief Minister Office who forwarded the matter to the Department of tax in the government of Uttar Pradesh which means he did not take the perusal of the contents of the grievance or it maybe he did not understand the contents of the grievance.
