Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar who is procrastinating in providing the compensation to the applicant in the burning of crop of wheat of land more than 2 bigha.
Prayer-It is noticeable that first information report of applicant/Dayanand Singh was registered by the police station Vindhyachal on 23rd July 2023 at the time 11:49 in the morning. General diary number of the case is 034 which is quite obvious from the copy of the first information report attached to the grievance. Please take action in the matter as already assured by you that after registering the first information report by the Vindhyachal police in the matter you will execute rest of the formalities abruptly.

This grievance redressed by the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar by submitting an arbitrary inconsistent and irresponsible report which is showing that report has been submitted without taking the perusal of the grievance. Executive engineer EDD II made the mockery of law by not taking perusal of F.I.R. registered by Vindhyachal police in matter of burning of crop at the request of Dayanand Singh S/O Mr Shobhnath Singh.
Honourable Sir it is too much ridiculous that the applicant has submitted the copy of the first information report in the matter but the executive engineer electricity distribution division second deliberately overlooked the FIR copy which is a mockery of the law of land.
It is most surprising that the contents of the first information report are also submitted in the contents of grievance for the convenience of the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar. It is noticeable that first information report of Dayanand Singh was registered by the police station Vindhyachal on 23rd July 2023 at the time 11:49 in the morning. It is quite obvious from the report submitted by the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar addressed to the superintending engineer department of electricity district Mirzapur that the matter has been forwarded to the sub divisional officer Jangi road electricity distribution division 2nd for one more inquiry into the matter. Letter number-7604 dated-27 October 2023. According to the report Letter number-7604 dated-27/10/2023, office of the executive engineer electricity distribution division second sent the communication letter number-7475, dated-20 October 2023 to the sub divisional officer Jangi road electricity distribution division 2nd for one more inquiry into the matter. Think about the gravity of situation, the matter belongs to the Covid period still awaiting redress on the part of public staff belonging to department of electricity. Whether such procrastination may be justified in pseudo claimed good governance by our political masters.
