सविनय निवेदन हैं कि आवेदक उपरोक्त द्वारा दी गयी सूचना के सम्बन्ध मे सादर अवगत कराना हैं कि आवेदक व विपक्षी के मध्य जमीन सम्बन्धित विवाद था जिसमे शान्ति व्यवस्था के दृष्टिगत दिनांक 16/01/2023 को 107/116 सीआरपीसी के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही की गयी है शेष का सम्बन्ध राजस्व विभाग से हैं वहा से आख्या प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है।

श्रीमान जी उप जिलाधिकारी सदर यदि कोई प्रार्थना पत्र कोतवाली कटरा में अग्रसारित करते हैं तो उस पर क्या कार्यवाही होगी उसके प्रति कोतवाली कटरा के इंचार्ज जिम्मेदार होंगे ना कि उप जिलाधिकारी सदर तथा कार्यवाही रिपोर्ट भी कोतवाल के पास होना चाहिए

3-The land mafia does not have any documents related to the land, if any, then provide information regarding the document and copy of the document which prove their claims.
महोदय विपक्षी का दस्तावेज कोतवाल द्वारा जांच किया गया है तो उसके प्रति कोतवाली कटरा में ही मिलेगी ना कि उप जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में
4-Police may provide the reason for breaking of compromise by the opposite party made before the Kotwali Katra police subsequently the order passed by the S.D.M. Sadar Mirzapur on 28 September 2021 attached as page 3 of the attached PDF documents.
महोदय जब पुलिस ने किसी भी निर्माण को करने से मना किया था और विपक्षी द्वारा निर्माण किया गया तो विपक्षी ने क्यों निर्माण किया इसकी जानकारी तो पुलिस के पास होना चाहिए ना ना की तहसील सदर के पास
The appellant expects from the additional superintendent of police Mirzapur to provide aforementioned information to the appellant so that he may be directed by the first appellate authority to provide the point wise information to the appellant.
