* Prayer or Relief Sought Registration Number DGPOF/R/2023/60077 Name Anil Kumar Maurya Date of Filing 25/01/2023 REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITY as on 01/02/2023 Details of Public Authority :- SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE OFFICE MIRZAPUR. vide registration number :- SPMZR/R/2023/80002 respectively. Two months and 11 days passed but the public information officer in the office of Superintendent of police did not provide information to the information seeker which is an infringement of provision subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. It is natural truth that if someone commits blunders, he lives in fear of psychosis and the same thing happens with the public information officer in the office of Superintendent of police Mirzapur. Undoubtedly it reflects anarchy because there is no rule of law in the public offices as the public information officers of the public authorities are running away from providing information to the information seekers because of fear of being exposed in the public domain. Here rule of law has been replaced by the rule of anarchy resulting in rampant corruption in the working of the public authority. In this era of globalization, there is competition of corruption and honesty far away from the government system. The percentage of honest officers in the government is too less which can be considered neglected. The Overwhelming majority in this largest democracy in the world think that only corruption can succeed in this democracy but in my opinion they are misled as corruption originates from evils and evils always accompany miseries. Whether the temple of the law makes the law to break as done by most of the public staff in this government machinery? Laws are made to make our society civilized and disciplined and we may spend our lives in an idealistic way but because of selfish motives we break it and ruin our society. Violations of laws on the large scale is only because of lack of penal action due to rampant corruption in the public departments. How can it be justified if a person submits representation on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh or on the prime minister office portal of the Government of India then the local police implicates that person and his family members under section 107/116 of the criminal procedure code quite obvious from the attached matter of the Anil Kumar Maurya? Here it is quite obvious that father of the Anil Kumar Maurya and the opposite party purchased the land from the same landlord quite obvious from the report submitted by the tahsil Sadar in the matter on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. It is explicit from the quote of the Lekhpal as the report attached to this RTI application that the opposite party has grabbed the entire land instead of its own share. Which is an illegal and unconstitutional and criminal act committed by the opposite party. Father of the applicant purchased the land and title of the land was decided by Tehsil
