* Description of Information Sought How can it be justified if a person submits representation on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh or on the prime minister office portal of the Government of India then the local police implicates that person and his family members under section 107/116 of the criminal procedure code quite obvious from the attached matter of the Anil Kumar Maurya? Here it is quite obvious that father of the Anil Kumar Maurya and the opposite party purchased the land from the same landlord quite obvious from the report submitted by the tahsil Sadar in the matter on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. It is explicit from the quote of the Lekhpal as the report attached to this ITI application that the opposite party has grabbed the entire land instead of its own share. Which is an illegal and unconstitutional and criminal act committed by the opposite party. Father of the applicant purchased the land and title of the land was decided by the Tehsildar Sadar during the process of mutation.
The Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of police district Mirzapur may provide the following information to the information seeker.
1-Please take a glance of the first page of the attached PDF document to the application which is circular sent by the department of home to entire districts to curb the misuse of section 107, section 151 and section 116 of the criminal procedure code.
Please provide the reason for the application of mind reached on the conclusion that applicant and his 70 years old father can breach the peace of the society.
2-Provide the copy of the documents which were provided to the police to prove the title of the land by the opposite party as verification.
3-Provide the date and time when chauki in-charge Natwan reached on the disputed site as obligatory duty of the concerned chowki in-charge before submitting its report on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
4-Provide the posting details of the chauki incharge Natwan in district Mirzapur and his date of joining the district Mirzapur.
5- Undoubtedly chauki incharge Natwan wreaked vengeance with the applicant for submitting the complaints on government portals.
Chauki in-charge may provide reason to the applicant for seeking shelter in court of law as title in favour of the father has been decided already and property is in the name of the father of the applicant in the government documents.
