Prayer-Think about the gravity of the situation to acquire justice, the applicant wrote several representations to the concerned about public function but no one is interested to take action in the matter concerning deep-rooted corruption.
This implies that temple justice is no longer the last option for frustrated people in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Whether provisions of the constitution are safe in this largest populous state of this largest democracy in the world?
Please direct the appropriate agency to make an enquiry into the matter so that corrupt sheep may be exposed who are misusing the post to earn illegal gratification by providing a lease of public land at the nominal price.

With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1- I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Yogi government provided 62606 sq feet of the land of the municipality on lease at a rate of Rs.50 annually to Lions club illegally yet Yogi Adityanath is an honest and a man of clean image.
It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption by the officers of higher rank in the Government of Yogi Adityanath but it is unfortunate that the chief minister's office in the Government of Yogi Adityanath is not interested in taking action against corrupt officers in the government machinery. From the matter, it is quite obvious that an aggrieved applicant makes the request to cancel the lease given to the lions club at the meagre amount of 50 rupees per annum. The factual position is that this land located in the middle of the city is very much expensive; it costs billions of rupees. Where is the honest government in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the matter concerning deep-rooted corruption is raised before the chief minister's office and they are not taking appropriate action in the matter to punish their corrupt officers? The most surprising thing is that they are still claiming to be honest while the factual position is that their corruption is visible to the people.

3-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that The matter concerning the extension of the lease is pending before the High court of Judicature at Allahabad as few government functionaries encroached on the rights of the municipality of Mirzapur city which is an autonomous body. Here affiliation of the institute is based on the terms of the lease agreement and the lease agreement does not allow commercial activities on the land ipso facto from the communication of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city. Therefore affiliation of the Lions school Laldiggi is liable to be cancelled based on cheating.

District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231001 Subject-To cancel the recognition of the Lions school at Laldiggi Mirzapur as its land was taken from the municipality Mirzapur city by cheating them quite obvious from the attached communication dated 09/12/2020 Letter number-412 financial year 2020-21 of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city, Mr Om Prakash.
1-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that The matter concerns the Lions School managed by a club of rich people known as Lions club located at Laldiggi District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and made on the Land of municipality Mirzapur city charging huge admission fee range between Rs.20000 to Rs.30000.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that DIOS Mirzapur justifies this huge fee on the ground that it is being charged to the students for three years. Think about the integrity of such DIOS.
3-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the Land of the municipality was taken by the Lions club which is a club of rich people in the name of a children's garden for the common children.
4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that since the date lease of land was done forty years passed in 2010 but neither children's garden was developed nor opened for common children.
5-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the factual position is that Lions club is carrying out commercial activities on the land, not allowed to leaseholders, by taking concerned officers in good faith.
6-It has been submitted before the Honourable Sir that the municipality of Mirzapur city is an autonomous body and it did not provide the land to open the commercial school and construct buildings so how can the government recognize such a school which is illegal consequently its affiliation must be cancelled in the interest of justice? Please take action abruptly under intimation to the applicant and adopt a logistic approach.
5- I pray before the Honourable Sir that the following is the status of the R.T.I. application of the applicant in which neither the department of education nor department of Local body provides any information to the applicant.
