There is need to carry out an enquiry in the developmental activities carried out in the Surekapuram colony district Mirzapur because of the hellish life of the register residents of the Surekapuram colony. Where is the cleanliness drive mission of our great prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi in the Surekapuram colony? It seems that municipality Mirzapur City has adopted a bad practice of submitting false reports on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. Drainage water is spreading on the roads of the Surekapuram colony and because of mismanagement of the municipality Mirzapur City it could not be pumped out. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City which is the root cause they are submitting the false reports in order to close the grievances of the aggrieved people. There staff have broken the covering lid of the drainage which is the reason for the people of falling in the drainage of the colony and becoming the object of the joke of the nearby people. There is manifold increase in the population of the mosquitoes because of the waterlogging in the Surekapuram colony. Municipality Mirzapur city made the estimate of Rs.77303 for repair of drainage from K. P. Singh which means from the temple Sri Lakshmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir to the house of Uma Maurya ? कार्यालय नगरपालिका परिषद, मीरजापुर जनसुनवाई संन्दर्भ सं -40019923002376. Sir daily accidents are taking place because of the broken drainage and it is most unfortunate that repeated request are being made to the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City and he is not taking seriously about it which is the root cause of concern. Whether executive officer municipality Mirzapur city is so insensitive to the problems of the common people quite obvious from the matter? Sir, the report made by Nagar Palika Parishad Mirzapur does not completely match with the points of complaint. It has been mentioned in the complaint that the drain has been completely destroyed and it should be rebuilt so that people and vehicles can move. And the second part of the complaint, get the other park in Surekapuram beautified which the government is ignoring. Sir, there is no need of any caretaker here, the park should at least be visible in the form of a park. Sir, there is another park downstream in Surekapuram, but due to the neglect of the administration, this park is turning into a pit. The efforts made by the administration in the beautification of this park will give a new dimension to Surekapuram. Sir, there is not one park but two parks in Surekapuram locality and one park looks like a pit instead of a park due to neglect.

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक23-04-2023 को फीडबैक:-जिलाधिकारी महोदया इस नाली के न बनने के कारण सुरेकापुरम में सीवर की खुदाई का कार्य रुका हुआ है अभी कुछ दिन पहले गंगा प्रदूषण यूनिट के कुछ अधिकारी आए थे और उन्होंने सीवर बिछाने से इस आधार पर मना किया कि जब नाली टूटी है तो पूरा नाम सड़क जाम हो जाएगी इसलिए सीवर नही बिछ पाएगा इस समय जिलाधिकारी महोदया यही बात तो नगर पालिका के कर्मचारी 4 महीने पहले से कह रहे हैं और अभी तक नहीं बनी नाली महोदय नाली सड़क के बीच से बनी है इसलिए जब पानी भर जाता है तो लोगों को दिखाई नहीं पड़ता है कई चार चक्के वाले जैसे बोलेरो कार सब इस नाले में गिर चुके हैं बहुत ही इमरजेंसी है इसलिए बार-बार कहा जा रहा है और रही बात नगर निकाय चुनाव की और अधिसूचना जारी होने की यह प्रकरण नगर निकाय चुनाव से संबंधित नहीं है अधिसूचना से भी संबंधित नहीं है क्योंकि इसके लिए शिकायत लगभग 7 महीने पहले से की जा रही है और 4 महीने पहले इनका एस्टीमेट आ चुका है अधिसूचना का मतलब यह कदापि नहीं होता है कि नगर पालिका परिषद के सारे कार्य ठप कर दिया जाए अधिसूचना के नाम पर कार्यालय, नगरपालिका परिषद, मीरजापुर जन सुनवाई सन्दर्भ संख्या 40019923006205 सेवा में जिलाधिकारी महोदया मीरजापुर। महोदया कृपया समन्धित शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली उत्तर प्रदेश जन सुनवाई सन्दर्भ संख्या - 40019923006205 सन्दर्भ लेने का - कष्ट करें जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता श्री योगी एन०पी० सिंह, नि०मु० सुरेखापुरम कॉलोनी श्री लक्ष्मी नारायन बैकुण्ड महादेव मन्दिर रीवा रोड मीरजापुर द्वारा सुरेखापुरम् कॉलोनी में नाली तथा ढक्कन निर्माण की मांग की गयी है। उक्त शिकायत के क्रम में स्थल का स्थलीय निरीक्षण श्री विपिन मिश्रा नगर अभियन्ता एवं श्री सुनील कुमार मौर्या, अवर अभियन्ता के द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से किया गया निरीक्षणोपरान्त नाली निर्माण हेतु व्यय आगणन रू. 77303 /- मात्र का तैयार किया गया है। नगर निकाय सामान्य निर्वाचन के दृष्टिगत आचार संहिता के कारण कार्य कराया जाना सम्भव नहीं है। आचार संहिता समाप्ति के उपरान्त सक्षम अधिकारी से स्वीकृतोपरान्त कार्य करा दिया जायेगा। कृपया उपरोक्तानुसार अवगत होते हुये शिकायत को निक्षेपित करने का कष्ट करें। अधिशासी अधिकारी नगरपालिका परिषद, मीरजापुर
