Grievance Description
The matter concerning the working of the circle officer City district Budaun who is adopting lackadaisical approach in sending the charge sheet in the office of the concerned chief judicial magistrate court so that prostitution of the offenders may be carried out smoothly and they may get the punishment of their offences.
Please direct circle officer City district Budaun to take action in the matter at the earliest.
The matter concerns the lackadaisical approach of the police in submitting the charge sheet in the matter even when the F.I.R. was registered by the police after the interference of the chief minister office in the matter of senior citizens. Entire efforts will go in vain if the charge sheet will not be sent in the court by the police. Why concerned police are procrastinating in the matter and running away from sending the charge sheet to the court is a matter of great concern.

More than 5 months passed but the charge sheet has not reached the court which is a matter of concern for the applicant. It is an obligatory duty of the police concerned to make entire efforts to be instrumental in punishing the criminals. The dereliction of the police implies its failure. If there is transparency and accountability in the working of the concerned police then why accountable public functionaries in the department of police are not making enquiry regarding the delay in submitting the charge sheet to the concerned court?
To give something a political colour and to act in a transparent and accountable manner in any matter both are different things. This is a humble request of your applicant that you may pursue your duties in a transparent and accountable manner so that justice may be available to this senior citizen.
Before registering the first information report in the matter Badaun police gave the entire craze to the chief minister office of government of Uttar Pradesh that the matter was reported by the applicant to the integrated grievance redressal services of the Government of Uttar Pradesh so police registered the first information report in the matter. The Government of Uttar Pradesh takes seriously the manhandling of the senior citizens by the anti social elements. Undoubtedly to take action against the humiliation of a senior citizen is an applauding job on the part of the police.
Fear of penal action is must in the mind of common man so that criminal activity may not be promoted in the society otherwise gangsters in the society will be uncontrollable.
It is most unfortunate that 4 months have passed but the chargesheet in the matter has not reached the office of the chief judicial magistrate which is the most essential part of the criminal proceedings to culminate into punishment to the offenders.
