Public Information Officer Chief Minister Office Uttar Pradesh Government should provide the following information to the applicant.
1-Sir, the above office memo of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation came on 25 September 2021 while Dayanand crop was burnt on 18 April 2021, at that time this office memo was not in existence, then how can executive engineer electricity distribution division II Shri Rajesh Kumar can ask for a copy of the FIR from Dayanand Singh on the basis of which government order because at that time there was no such G.O.
2- Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary / Secretary - Energy Department should provide a copy of the government order or circular on the basis of which they allowed a retrospection of the office memo.
3- Public Information Officer Chief Minister Office should provide a copy of the guidelines according to which any officer or employee retrospect the government orders issued by the department.
The information of the above three points should be made available by the Public Information Officer Chief Minister Office Uttar Pradesh to the applicant within the time limit prescribed in sub-section 1 of section 7 of the Right to Public Information Act, 2005.
