It is most unfortunate that they did not keep their promise in the matter of a huge scandal. Here this question arises: why are concerned staff procrastinating in the matter of deep rooted corruption? Whether the aids provided by the government to promote the agriculture sector are flowing in the pockets of cheaters by colluding with the staff of the banks. Whether the government has been so handicapped to curb the corruption growing like cancer to the society and taken the entire government Machinery under its influence. It is quite obvious that many fraud accounts have been opened by misusing my PAN Card and floating the RBI Guidelines and it could be feasible because of rampant corruption in the working of the financial institutions in the country.
