* Description of Information Sought OM Sai Kripa (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.Om Sai kripa Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. as a real estate company is to deliver unique, integrated lifestyle and workplace environments through its focus on high quality service, strong project execution and our customer-centric approach. Why is government of Uttar Pradesh running away from taking action against Land Mafia who ramified his business network by taking help of corrupt government functionaries ipso facto? The matter concerns the working of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil-Phoolpur, District-Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh where Land Mafia committed a huge scandal by colluding with the staff of the Tehsil Phoolpur which has common tradition in the working of the Tehsil Phoolpur. Following are the extracted contents from the first page of the registry document of buyer Keshav Pratap Singh from Neeraj Tiwari/OM Sai Kripa (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.Om Sai kripa Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. The aforementioned real estate company never gave possession to customers after completion of entire formalities and cheated numerous customers on a large scale.
जन सूचना अधिकारी प्रार्थी को निम्नलिखित सूचनाएं बिंदुवार उपलब्ध कराएं
1-महोदय उस प्रोविजन को उपलब्ध कराएं जिसके अनुसार एक रियल स्टेट कंपनी को यह अधिकार होता है कि वह ग्राहकों को भूखंड बेचे रजिस्ट्री की कार्यवाही हो और उसके बाद भू स्वामित्व खरीददारों को न दे अर्थात भूमि पर खरीदारों को कब्जा ना दे
2-महोदय उपजिलाधिकारी फूलपुर कहते हैं कि इस मामले में सभी 500 खरीदार अलग-अलग कंपनी के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दाखिल करें जिससे कि उन्हें न्याय मिले श्रीमान जी न्यायालय में ऑलरेडी मुकदमों का बोझ अंबार पड़ा हुआ है ऐसे में 500 वाद एक साथ दाखिल हो जाएंगे तो क्या न्यायालय की क्षमता नहीं प्रभावित होगी श्रीमान जी आप रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी होने के नाते आप प्रार्थी को वह प्रावधान उपलब्ध कराएं जिसके तहत 500 लोगों को भू माफिया से न्याय मिल सके
3-क्या रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी के पास वह प्रावधान उपलब्ध है जिससे कि सरकारी कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध जो भू-माफिया से सांठगांठ करके भू माफिया की जमीन बिकवाते हैं और लोगों के साथ धोखाधड़ी करते हैं कार्यवाही हो सके ऐसे प्रावधान को प्रार्थी को उपलब्ध कराएं
4-क्या उपरोक्त भूमाफिया के विरुद्ध और सरकारी कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध जो कि इस भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्त हैं रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी के समक्ष परिवाद प्रस्तुत करके कार्यवाही की जा सकती है यदि ऐसा कोई प्रावधान है तो उपलब्ध कराएं
5-महोदय यदि रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी के पास भू माफिया के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने का कोई प्रोसीजर उपलब्ध है तो उस प्रोसीजर को उपलब्ध कराएं
6-श्रीमान जी आपके विभाग द्वारा भूमाफिया को कैसे रेगुलेट किया जाता है या उनकी कार्यवाही को उनके क्रियाकलाप को कैसे नियमित किया जाता है सूचना उपलब्ध कराएं
