महोदय अभी कुछ समय पहले जिगना पुलिस स्टेशन से दो पुलिस कांस्टेबल दो पहिया वाहन से प्रार्थी के ग्राम में आए थे उन्होंने मौके वारदात का जायजा लिया उसके पश्चात उन्होंने प्रार्थी से कहा की विपक्षी गण मकान बनाएंगे और तुम जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर आवेदन देना बंद करो जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर आवेदन देकर जिगना पुलिस को परेशान कर रहे हो तुम पुलिस के पावर को नहीं जानते हो 10 दिन में तुम्हें पुलिस का पावर दिखा दिया जाएगा श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी के यह बताने पर कि प्रार्थी का लड़का दूर कमाने गया है तो उन्होंने कहा कि 10 दिन के अंदर ऐसी कार्यवाही होगी कि वह ट्रेन पकड़ कर भागा भागा अपने गांव कोठरा कंतित आ जाएगा
महोदय आप प्रार्थी को सिर्फ यह बताएं कि जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर प्रार्थी के आवेदन देने पर आप प्रार्थी को किस तरह से दंडित कर सकते हैं जबकि कोई लड़ाई झगड़ा नहीं प्रार्थी के लड़के बाहर हैं प्रार्थी न्याय की भीख मांग रहा है श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी अभी तक यही जानता है कि प्रॉब्लम का हल सलूशन होता है प्रॉब्लम का हल प्रॉब्लम नहीं होती है किंतु पहली बार जिगना पुलिस से मालूम हुआ कि प्रॉब्लम का हल प्रॉब्लम होता है श्री मान जी जिगना पुलिस सिर्फ इसलिए प्रार्थी से आक्रोशित क्योकि प्रार्थी जिम्मेदार लोक प्राधिकारिओं से न्याय की भीख मांग रहा है जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर
Logistic approach of S.H.O. Jigna, District-Mirzapur in not interfering in the matter is as follows.Mutation of the land has been decided on 16th February 2023 in favour of Rita Singh and Priya Singh by the court of Tehsildar Sadar but at the same time he is overlooking the adjudication of the appeal made against the impugned order of Tehsildar sadar pending in the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur. As well as S.H.O. Jigna is overlooking the theft of stamp duty Rs.229640 by Raghuvar Dayal Singh Son of late Bhanu Pratap Singh and Priya Singh wife of Dilip Singh also Rs.44000 by Raghuvar Dayal Singh Son of the late Bhanu Pratap Singh and Rita Singh wife of Jaydheer Singh.First three additional pages of the attached PDF document is showing that offenders are doing construction by making the mockery of the law of land because of dereliction of duty by S.H.O. Jigna failed to put law and order on the right track.

1-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that appeal number T 2023 16530104683/2023 is sub judice in the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur. This appeal has been instituted against the mutation order dated 16th February 2023 and listed for the hearing and 21st june 2023. 3-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that if the adjudication is pending before the Honourable court of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar then how construction may take place and police may remain mute spectator of the matter
It is quite obvious that the questionnaire was signed by the competent officer of the court on 28 May 2023.. Whether the motive of this order can be explained by the station house officer police station jigana district Mirzapur?
Whether the station house officer police station Jigana may provide any order of the appellate court or authority to allow d construction on the impugned land?
