An application under Article 51A of the constitution of India to make enquiry in regard to the following representation made before the district magistrate Bhadohi by the aggrieved applicant which copy was sent to the applicant with request to help in the matter.

Short submissions of the applicant before the SHO Gopiganj is as follows.
1-Whether the following matter is in the cognizance of the Gopiganj police.
2-According to the representation of the aggrieved applicant the local police is saying that impugned land belongs to the grabbers. How the concerned police reach on this conclusion?
3-Why the Gopiganj police is not advising the land grabbers that they may take shelter to the tehsil administration for the appropriate order instead of taking law in their own hand.
The following representation has been submitted by the aggrieved applicant before the district magistrate sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi.
It would be a rule of law if the law takes its own course in the matter instead of promoting the land grabbers to take the possession of the house and breaking it without any permission of the court or competent authority.

महोदय
1. राजा राम पुत्र रामप्यारे बिन्द
मैं प्रार्थिनी सीता देवी पत्नी शिव नाथ बिन्द, ग्रामसभा भरतपुर, पोस्ट बड़ागाँव (जंगीगंज) थाना गोपीगंज, तहसील ज्ञानपुर जनपद भदोही की मूल निवासी हूँ ।
श्रीमान जी हमारा अर्ध निर्माण मकान को श्री मौजीलाल पुत्र स्व मिश्रीलाल बिन्द व् धर्मराज पुत्र मौजीलाल लाल मणि जिलाजीत व अन्य लोगो के साथ आ कर हमारा मकान गिरा दिए और सब सामग्री उठा ले गए, हमें जब पता चला तो हमने रोकने की कोशिश की तो जान से मरने की धमकी देते है और कट्टा दिखाते है और माँ बहन की गली देते है, और कह रहे है की यह खंडहर था, और यह अब हमारा है। जबकि मेरा पक्का मकान लगभग 10 वर्ष से बना था, आज ये लोग विवाद करके मेरा पक्का मकान गिरा दिए और सब सामग्री उठा भी ले गए। रकबा 4-65 नगर में स्थित मकान
महोदय आप से विनम्र निवेदन है की इन लोगों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही करने की कृपा, जिससे हमको न्याय मिल सके और सभी सामग्री दिलाने की कृपा करें जिससे मै पुनः मकान बना सकू आपका मै जीवन भर आभारी रहूंगा ।
