Grievance Description

The names of offenders are Rita Singh, Priya Singh, Raghuvar Dayal Singh, Jaydheer Singh, Dileep Singh who are taking under teeth the adjudication pending in the appellate court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar. All these offenders belong to the same address as the applicant belongs. 

1-Son of the applicant called the police by dialling 112, but the construction work was still continued by the offenders. Please provide the documents/order note of competent authority which made police impotent to take action in the matter.


2-In sub judice/ lis pendens matter, offenders are trying to supersede the jurisdiction of the competent appellate revenue court, and police are mute spectators. Which canon of law supports the stagnancy of police in the matter?


3-Provide the provisions of law which enable Jayadheer Singh Son of Raghuvar Dayal Singh to continue construction in the land whose title dispute is pending in the court of Sub divisional magistrate Sadar. 

. The matter concerns the construction being done by the opposition party Priya Singh W/O Deleep Singh and Rita Singh W/O Jaydheer Singh despite the appeal being done by the applicant in the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar.


Subject -construction is taking place in the land whose litigation is sub judice in the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar quite obvious from the first and second page of the attached document which are the questionnaire issued by the concerned court.

Short Submissions of the applicant are as follows.

1-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that appeal number T 2023 16530104683/2023 is sub judice in the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur. This appeal has been instituted against the mutation order dated 16th February 2023  and listed for the hearing and 21st june 2023. Honourable sir may be pleased to take a glance of page one of the attached PDF document to the grievance.

2-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that appeal number T 2023 16530104682/2023 is sub judice in the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur. 3-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that if the adjudication is pending before the Honourable court of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar then how construction may take place and police may remain mute spectator of the matter

It is quite obvious that the questionnaire was signed by the competent officer of the court on 28 May 2023.. Whether the motive of this order can be explained by the station house officer police station jigana district Mirzapur?

Whether the station house officer police station Jigana may provide any order of the appellate court or authority to allow d construction on the impugned land?

4-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that Honourable sir may take a glance of Page 3 and 4 of the attached PDF document which shows that deputy registrar has traced the theft of stamp duty of amount 229640 rupees which was to be recovered from the concerned seller and purchaser i.e. Raghuvar Dayal Singh Son of late Bhanu Pratap Singh and Priya Singh wife of Dilip Singh.

5-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that Honourable sir may take a glance of Page 5 and 6 of the attached PDF document which shows that deputy registrar has traced the theft of stamp duty of amount 44000 rupees which was to be recovered from the concerned seller and purchaser i.e. Raghuvar Dayal Singh Son of the late Bhanu Pratap Singh and Rita Singh wife of Jaydheer Singh.

Please direct S.H.O. Jigna to act in accordance with the law and may not allow construction in the controversial land cryptically whose adjudication is pending in the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar.
