Grievance Description
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India, on behalf of Ashutosh Kumar Yadav, Dhirendra Singh, Shubham Yadav, Akhilesh Singh, Vishal Yadav to make enquiry regarding next step in order to get Employees Provident Fund from the proprietor of the Silkon Business Private Limited Varanasi.
The name of the aggrieved applicants are Ashutosh Kumar Yadav, Dhirendra Singh, Shubham Yadav, Akhilesh Singh, Vishal Yadav who have made repeated representations before the chief medical officer and concerned clerk . If chief medical officer district Mirzapur is really interested in resolving the problems of lab technicians then he must take steps in order to sort out the problems of the subordinates which means lab technicians instead of taking the recourse of unethical practices.
The aforementioned applicant submitted affidavit as suggested by the proprietor of the Silkon Business Private Limited Varanasi and the communication received in the office of company today. Which speed post tracking is as follows. For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.

आवेदक द्वारा पोर्टल पर दर्ज शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि शिकायती प्रकरण मॉग से सम्बन्धित है, आवेदक जो कि विभागीय कर्मचारी नहीं है और आवेदक द्वारा सिलिकान प्राइवेट लिमि० वाराणसी द्वारा आउटसोर्सिंग पर रखे गये कर्मचारियों के ईपीएफ भुगतान के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत की गई है।
सम्बन्धित कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं के निराकरण हेतु अधोहस्ताक्षरी के निर्देश पर अपर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी (आरसीएच) द्वारा कार्मिकों को कार्यालय में 02.05.23 को बुलाया गया। कार्मिकों के उपस्थित होने पर सौहार्दपूर्ण ढंग से उनकी समस्याओं को सुना गया। सम्बन्धित कार्मिक आउटसोर्सिंग के तहत सेवा प्रदाता एजेन्सी सिलिकान प्राइवेट लिमि० वाराणसी के द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये हैं। कार्मिकों को सेवा प्रदाता एजेन्सी से स्वयं सम्पर्क कर अपनी शिकायत का निराकरण कराने हेतु उन्हें सुझाव दिया गया।
आवेदक किसी भी कार्य दिवस में कार्यालय में स्वयं उपस्थित होकर अपर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी (आरसीएच) से सम्पर्क कर वस्तुस्थिति से अवगत हो सकते हैं। प्रकरण निस्तारित किया जाता है।
