1-Provide the status of the compliance regarding aforementioned order passed by the Honourable member of the Uttar Pradesh human rights commission.
2-Provide the name and designation of gazetted officer appointed by the commissioner of police to comply to the order passed as aforementioned.
3-Provide the copy of the enquiry report submitted by the enquiry officer appointed by the police commissioner Lucknow in compliance of the order of the commission.
4-If commissioner of police Lucknow did not proceed in the matter still, then provide the cause of procrastination under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
